I love Creative Nails. I was recommended by a friend and now I've been going to Joanna for my gel manicures and my pedicures for almost 6 months. She is creative and efficient. My nails last 3+ weeks and I get tons of compliments on them. It's an incredible value cost wise, and I am always so happy with the outcome. I don't tend to stay up on trends and fads but Joanna makes sure my nails always look good. Left with AWESOME chrome accent nails today! I have literally never written a Yelp review before, but I felt like I needed to because this place was so great. I have been to so many nail places that do a half-assed job and make my nails hurt, but here they got it done so quickly and did an amazing job. Joanna did a great job on my acrylic nails, and Joe did a wonderful job painting them, and even fixed the nail polish because I messed it up. They are both so friendly and fun and you can't beat their prices. I will literally come back here all the time now for my nails and I look forward to getting to see them because they are so funny. read more

I came here on a recommendation. I am horrible at explaining what I want so I brought a picture. Didn't matter. My nails looked absolutely nothing like the picture. It was explained that they would not look the same because I had different types of nails, which was fine, but they were completely different. I got a standard pink and white set. There were bubbles in the acrylic and the white was wider than my nail. On top of that, I made an appointment for 9 am, which is when they open, and when I got there, there was no one to do my nails. I wasn't in a rush, so I didn't mind, but it was just not very professional. The guy who did my nails was really nice and very apologetic about being late, so I guess that's good. read more

Loved the acrylic nail set that the self proclaimed "Asain Obama" did for me. Very strong. I'm very hard on my nails and not a single lift and it's been over two weeks! My only complaint is that they don't answer my call because "out of area" area code. Yelp says they're open but I get no answer. Come on y'all...i want to give you my business again. :( read more

I would not come here again . I came to get a full set and a pedicure and the man told me they were busy and told me to come back there were only two people getting a pedicure they weren't busy, so I came back and I sat and waited for 30 minutes it was only two employees and one customer . When he started my nails he asked if I wanted coffin I said yes instead he gave me a stiletto / coffin but more on the stiletto side. My nails are all different sizes and length I didn't want to complain because it was my first time here . Then he started my pedicure and all he did was soak my feet take off the nail polish scrub them and put nail polish over... that was it no cutting down my nails no cleaning in the cuticles nothing and when I noticed it was too late . My pedicure was 25 for nothing. I don't recommend this place at all !!!! read more

I can write a whole paragraph about what I just experienced but I'm going to be straightforward and just help you out here. The lady I encountered was very apathetic and rude. I've been to two other places in Chico and this is the worst the other two had great services. I definitely don't recommend coming here. I've been to a lot of great nail places with great prices and this by far is the worst one. They don't even deserve 1 star. They are charging 25$ for a full set which isn't bad at all but the way they treat people they should be charging less... but I've been to places who charge less that had better services! Hope this helps anyone wanting to go get their nails done in a NICE, RELAXED, and WELCOMING environment. read more

Super fast growing manicure- in and out in 20 minutes and it looks awesome! The price is awesome too- only $20! The man who did my nails was superb friendly and we chatted a lot! I have been disappointed once again. The job was fast and careless. I didn't like how fast the woman was going, but I thought maybe she's just that good. I went with a full set of acrylics. I pointed out to the woman that one of the nails wasn't glued on all the way. She said, "don't worry about it." Well now I'm stuck with a huge gap between my real nail and the acrylic. Don't get me started on my "pedicure". All the man did was soak my feet and massage them! I paid what they asked for, but I will never step foot in there again! read more

I would never go here again. The three people working immediately started hassling me into getting gel nails. All three were talking at once, but none could explain exactly what it is. They never explained that I won't be able to take it off by myself. It turned out terrible. The surface is uneven. The guy dropped the bottle of polish on the table and it spilled on my lap and on my dress. One of the guys was suggesting a dim sum place for me to try and said, "There are a shitload of Asian people there." Those were his exact words. They said they've been in business for over twenty years, but I don't see how unless their clients have very low standards. This place is awful. read more

Horrible service. My daughter called and asked if they could fit her in. The owner was nice did say she could get her a last min appointment. We hit traffic on the way down as we were driving across town. My daughter was texting the owner and let her know we were running late. We got there and the front door was locked (it was not closing time). The owner then text my daughter a nasty message about being late. They are cheap, but they do a really sloppy job. I went in to get a gel manicure and my manicure is so sloppy. She didn't even paint the whole nail, the corners of my nails are unpainted and it's really visible. The nail color is also very patchy! Sections of nails are are lighter than others. Made an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. The young guy who did my pedicure was rough and my pedicure was painful rather than relaxing! (The massage was good, but the cuticle scraping and foot scrub was painful). My pedicure ended up looking nice, but then he made me walk barefoot to the nail station because he wouldn't let me put on my flip flops. It was absolutely disgusting walking on the tile floor with my freshly lotioned feet.. My manicure turned out messy, he didn't seem too experienced with the gel because it was clumpy and running onto my skin. He didn't even bother to scrape the excess gel off my skin and I didn't want to ask in fear that it would be painful. Overall not a very good experience, I gave 2 stars because it was pretty cheap at $42.00. read more
