I have tried other places and have been over charged and had my skin cut by sloppy work. I love LV Nails and will only go there. Yesterday, I was looking over my bank statement and realized I was charged a final payment of $96.70. I called the shop today and spoke with the daughter whom said that they "thought" I wanted to leave a $10 tip and so they added the additional charge to my bill. I said, "No, I left a flat $95 on purpose"! She then asked if I wanted them to Venmo me the money or we could pick up the difference in cash (which is what we opted for). We will not be going back! If I can't trust them to run the payment as specified, I just won't be supporting their business. Please be aware when paying by card and double check the final billed amount.
