Feel like I just paid to get beat up. It was $60 for 45 minutes and the gal that was working on me asked me if I wanted something and she showed me a jar. It looked like some kind of tiger balm and I just assumed it was because she was giving me a massage without any lubricant so I felt like I was getting an Indian burn. I specifically went for work in my shoulder and pectoral muscles and back. I had to ask if she was going to do my pecs. When I paid I gave a $5 tip and then she said I needed to pay for hot oil because she used it. I told her I didn't know what she was asking. So I paid the $6. If you're like looking for a really good and qualified massage therapist I would recommend Bodywork by Erika. Pain be gone left me in more pain. I would like to see if that gal who worked on me has a license to practice massage because I doubt she did. Really disappointed.

PRECISE COMMUNICATION 2. PROPER CLIENT INTAKE 3. OVERALL PROFESSIONALISM. left feeling absolutely mortified especially after joana asked for a tip after already overcharging me because they did not listen to what i said about my online booking. paid $90 when i booked for a $70 session, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

She took her time and listened to my concerns about my hair and did her best to make me feel comfortable. I went in with what I thought to be pretty damaged hair and I hated the color. I am naturally salt and pepper but the last salon messed up the color so Kaylee did her best to color match to my salt and pepper color. She told me it would take a few times to get to the desired color. I was fine with that. My hair looked beautiful when she finished. Not quite the salt and pepper I want, but I knew going in she wouldn't be able to fix it right away, but I was very thrilled with what she accomplished. She also washed and styled my hair. I have been in two other times and we are making progress. I highly recommend Kaylee for you hair needs.

I chose Amber because she was very strict about COVID-19 protocols, which I so appreciated. I felt safe and cared for just by the way she made sure that her clients were safe. She required masks. She took my temperature before I entered the massage room, and let me know about her lengthy process for sanitizing after each client when my massage was done. Amber's pressure was perfect. She really listened to my concerns and took care of my pain points perfectly. Even though I've been working hard and my posture hasn't been that great since the massage, I'm so much better of now than before the massage. If you're looking for a kind, intuitive massage therapist that can really bring you some relief, then go to Amber.

I went in with some reference images and she ended up foiling the hair and working very thoroughly to get it done. She also did great on the cut and I feel like a new version of myself! There was one part (likely due to how my hair was parted) that I felt like fell a little funny which I noticed the next day, and she's getting me in to fix it so I really appreciate the continued service and accommodation of a request. The pricing also felt more than fair, especially considering the time it took and the amount of hair I have which meant more product was needed. Overall, it was a great experience! I rarely ever get my hair done, but I felt so comfortable in the process and am really happy with the results. Thank you to this salon and to this lovely stylist!

Absolutely the worst massage experience I've ever had. My mom, sister, and I purchased a Groupon…read morefor 3 massages ($141 total) at this place. Upon arrival, they scanned and redeemed each of our Groupon barcodes, and had us write down the codes by hand. After getting undressed and settled in the massage rooms, the chaos began. The two massage therapists talked loudly to each other the entire time -- zero relaxation. One kept leaving the room mid-massage, texting, and even talking to us while we were naked and vulnerable, insisting that our Groupon codes were invalid after they had already redeemed them. We literally had proof on our phones and even photos showing they redeemed the vouchers, but they continued to argue with us WHILE WE WERE STILL NAKED on the tables. This was not only unprofessional, it was flat-out humiliating. They wouldn't leave the room to let us change when we asked to leave. Eventually, after we were visibly upset and asking to just leave, they changed their story and said, "actually two of the codes worked" and offered to give us massages -- but at that point the experience was already ruined. We were also communicating through Google Translate the entire time, which only added to the confusion. This business clearly has no idea how to properly use Groupon and should not be offering deals on the platform if they can't verify or manage redemptions. The environment was unprofessional, sketchy, and the treatment we received was disturbing. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
