I am a dog trainer so my body gets beat up pretty bad, in addition to that I am conditioning for search & rescue. Laurel is a doing an amazing job keeping me feeling good enough to get out there everyday and put in the work. Today I worked for 3 hours getting close to 7k steps in that time over varying terrain while handling dogs. I sent her a text on my way home because my back and hips were SHOT, she got me in quickly got me adjusted and back at it.
