    Dan and his team at Creative Happens Events Services were incredibly helpful and responsive! I feel that I really got a bang for my buck and then some! Along with great communication, you can rest assured that Dan and his team are delivering quality services that best suits their customers' needs! For example, I used my own template for the photobooth prints and they made sure this template fit their printer perfectly! They also provided the background that I requested. I'm so happy with the photos and the attendant's amazing customer service! 10/10 would recommend and look forward to using their services again in the future!

    Our wedding day was last Friday, and I'm thrilled to write this review for Devon and Dan at Creative Happens. We hired them for day-of coordination, and they did a wonderful job. Our 90-person wedding ceremony and reception went off without a hitch! Dan and Devon were very communicative ahead of the day and helped us develop an incredibly helpful and detailed event schedule. I work in digital media and have seen MANY spreadsheets, but their event spreadsheet impressed even me. It was wonderful being able to refer to the spreadsheet and see what needed to happen down to the minute. Devon made sure that everything was set up properly on the day, and that the room switched over perfectly from ceremony to reception. She ensured that every table was perfect, and worked well with my family members. While I was hiding from guests ahead of the ceremony, she even brought me a plate of snacks! What an angel. I am so grateful for Dan and Devon's help in making our wedding day wonderful! Thank you both!

    We are so glad we booked Creative Happens for our July 30 wedding! We received quality day-of coordination services that were thankfully within our budget. Our coordinator, Jessica, was so on top of everything and was just overall amazing from start of planning to the day of. During the two planning sessions we had, she was very reassuring and gave me confidence about the whole process when I had some worries and concerns. At that point I knew I could trust her to handle everything, and with no surprise she delivered! She went above and beyond, especially when it came to flagging me and my bridesmaids down on the hotel grounds while we were taking photos and then transporting all of our heavy boxes of fragile candle decor/party favors from my bridal bungalow to our reception at Palos Verdes Golf Club. Everything went smoothly at our reception all thanks to her and her assistant so that we could just enjoy the day with no stress. She was very accommodating every step of the way, and that just made our big day feel that much more special. We highly recommend Jessica as anyone's day-of coordinator. Dan was also very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with via email. Thank you again so much for everything, Dan and Jessica! It's so very much appreciated!

    Hired Creative Happens for a Day-of-Coordinator. Dan assigned us Amanda and her assistant Tandaya. Originally found this company via the Thumbtack app. I'm SO glad that I ended up hiring a day-of-coordinator, and that we were able to work with Amanda. She was very professional and covered all the extra bases that we (my husband and I) may not have touched down on as much as we should have. She and Tandaya closed all of the gaps that we didn't have time to keep an eye on and helped to bind the events together seamlessly.

    Daniel and the Creative Happens team were the PERFECT day-of planners for our backyard wedding. Since we were not having our event at a wedding-venue, there were a lot of logistics that we had to "own" ourselves. Daniel helped make sure we were checking all of the boxes beforehand and allowed us to focus on our celebrations day-of while he managed all of the moving pieces. We felt totally confident throughout our wedding because we knew Daniel and team were on top of it. I give them my highest recommendation!

The reason for dropping this down to 2 stars was due to the very negative experience I had with the tailor (Maria of VIP Couture Bridal Alterations) they highly recommended. Going above a recommendation, without asking me they actually pre-coordinated that Maria to come to the bridal shop as I picked up my dress so she could perform the initial fitting there and take it back with her to begin working on it. I had trusted them up to this point, so continued to trust their insistence on working with Maria. Although Maria had 7 weeks, my dress never fit correctly, and the whole thing wasn't completed until the night (10 pm drop off) before I left for my wedding. The delays and uncertainty caused me tremendous stress the week before my wedding, to the point that I was losing sleep and searching for backup dresses. My last fitting lasted over two hours because I had to stay and watch her finish the work. I believe she had taken on too many clients, and unfortunately, I ended up being the one who suffered for it. I do definitely recommend Winnie Bridal as place to search for your dress, but do not recommend using their references for other services. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

My husband and I were able to truly enjoy our day and did not have to worry about details because Kristen made notes of how we wanted things and carried them out accordingly. We could not be more pleased with her and her team. Leading up to our wedding, Kristen was always very responsive and provided us with suggestions. She listened to our vision and led us in the direction that was best for us. She contacted all of our vendors and coordinated with them so that each vendor knew our timeline and vision. Kristen ran our rehearsal and made sure we knew exactly what to do for our big day. She also managed our large wedding party magnificently. We had 7 groomsmen, 7 bridesmaids, a 17 month old ring bearer, and our parents so she managed that handful very well! On the day of the wedding, Kristen personally stopped by our hotel and picked up our details and decor since our venue didn't allow us to store things overnight. The ceremony and reception decor were set up beautifully and just as we talked about. She checked in on us throughout the night and her team helped tear down the decor at the end of the evening. To cap the night, Kristen even arranged for our hotel suite to be freshened up so that we would come back to a clean room after an eventful day. Thank you, Kristen for all that you did for us! In Korea it is more common to rent your wedding dress and when I heard this shop specialized in wedding dress rentals I decided to give it a try and it was the best decision ever! There are a lot of options to choose from (design, material, neckline etc). If you tell them what your vision for the wedding is and what you are looking for in a dress, they will make sure they find you the perfect dream dress. They have different packages depending on how many dresses and tuxedos you are looking to rent. They also have many different tiaras, headbands, veils, earrings for rent too, I ended up renting 3 dresses and 3 tuxedos for ceremony, reception and wedding portrait. I got married on March 8, 2025 at Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA. The shop owner helped me pick out the most gorgeous princess dresses that went perfectly with the Disney theme. All my guests loved how the dresses looked on me. Can't recommend this shop enough!
