Dan probably appealed the first one because I do not see it anymore!...please find someone else I hired him January 25 2022 and my wedding was June 18, 2022....he seemed to be on top of everything with phone calls and excel files! I made it very clear since day one that I needed a bilingual coordinator and he assured me we would have one but the day of the wedding even at the rehearsal everything changed. He said he lost his Bilingual person and that we would have a new day of coordinator that was not Bilingual and we've never talked too before...day of wedding comes coordinator is late the assistant was not dressed appropriately, was in her phone the whole time! The coordinator and the assistant forget to give me my bouquet as I'm walking down the aisle, they lost my important paperwork that I gave the officiant and they did not put up the table sitting chart it was on the floor for the most part. The signs were also not up. Complete disaster. You had one opportunity and your really disappointed us. The cost for this was $4,400. Definitely not worth it. read more

I am so grateful that I had Dan as my event coordinator! He was absolutely perfect and everything I hoped for. He was always responsive and was always thinking five steps ahead. He was not only communicative, but efficient, organized, and creative. He had many ideas of how to make my personal vision for my wedding come to life and to also make it better. HE FORGOT TO PUT THE WINEBOX AT THE ALTER AND WHEN I CALLED OUT FOR HIM 3 TIMES DURING THE CEREMONY TO GET IT, HE WASNT THERE! HE SERVED MY DESSERT BAR AS TRAY PASSED APPETIZERS! HE GAVE THE LEFTOVER TO THE STAFF INSTEAD OF ASKING ME IF I WANT THEM!!! We got a day of coordinator for our wedding. This included two prior meetings for planning the schedule. The meetings were led by Jessica who was NOT our day of coordinator. I had concerned that the person leading these prior meetings was not our day of coordinator. However, she was very detailed and created several excels for scheduling and setup, I hoped that it would go smoothly. Adrian was our day of coordinator, he was only on the last call two weeks before the wedding and did not speak at all during the call. I even emailed him a couple things and Dan always responded instead. On the day of the wedding, I felt Adrian lacked knowledge of the schedule/details we discussed with Jessica. Before the ceremony, I asked Adrian if the bar was ready and serving drinks as it was 90 degrees and he had no clue the bar was allowed to server drinks before the ceremony which was another detail I had discussed with Jessica. When walking down the aisle, he missed sending down the ring bear and mother of bride first. I had to yell for the first groomsmen and bridesmaid to stop. We were doing a wine box ceremony and once I got down the aisle, I noticed the wine box was missing. This also contained our vows! So when it came time to say our vows, I called for Adrian to bring the box up. Adrian was not around. I called for him a second time. Again no response. I then tried to state my vows from memory but embarrassingly failed. I then called out a third time for him. Again, no response. A wedding guest then got up to look for the box and the DJ located the box and gave it to the wedding guest who brought it to me. Adrian still was no where to be found. After the ceremony Adrian apologized and said that a wedding guest moved the box. How he knew a guest moved the box but he didn't think to put it back, I don't know? Also I saw several picture of the alter before and during guest arrival and there is no box. Let's be clear I was not mad the box was not there. I was mad he didn't respond when I called for him to get it 3 times. I paid extra for all staffing, catering, and bar to be there and ready before the ceremony so no prepping was happening during the ceremony. Then during cocktail hour, he started passing out the dessert bar as tray passed appetizers instead of the actual appetizers from the caterer. Who thinks desserts are appetizers. He should have known we were having a dessert bar as I discussed this with Jessica several times. Several other details that I had previously discussed with Jessica were missed throughout the night. I had to remind him to have the event staff bring in the chairs after the ceremony. I gave him a list of thing to trash and keep for cleanup, and that list was not followed. All the desserts stands I wanted to keep are missing. When he packed our car, the wood wine box was put on the bottom under presents and got scratched and dinged. We pre-tipped Adrian which was a mistake. I guess always wait til the end before tipping! I contacted Dan to let him know my frustrations that Adrian didn't seem knowledgeable of the event since Jessica did all the prep work. He made excuses and defended his staff and offered a gift of cookies to make up for it. I would highly suggest against using them! Update: After several emails back and forth with Dan. He hardly apologized, continued to make excuses when an apology (with no excuses) would have really gone a long way here, did not refund our tip to Adrian, and even requested me to remove my reviews. read more

I only have great things to say about Dan. Dan did an amazing job throughout the planning of my wedding. When my husband and I got engaged we wanted to get married before the end of the year; which that meant we only had three months to plan. I was extremely stress and Dan was always so calming and reassuring that he always made me feel that he had everything under control. Getting married during a pandemic was extremely stressful because nothing was always promised or set in stone. Plan Bs had to be made because of the consistent closures the government was putting in place, but throughout the whole pandemic chaos and the planning of my wedding, Dan never failed on me. He kept me posted and updated with everything including upcoming closures due to COVID, but at the same time he always made sure what I wanted was being done. Considering that in my situation three days before my wedding we had to go with a plan B. My ceremony location had to be changed because of a government shutdown. I was extremely sad, but at the same time I knew it was out of my control and I knew it was not my fault or Dan's fault, because he always kept me posted.
