Sarita was our driver and she was a few minutes early, which gave us time to load all of our wedding stuff into the bus. She drove carefully and got us to our venue in plenty of time! She played awesome music and let us request stuff and plug in our own phones. She could not have been more attentive or sweet natured and energetic. WOW WOW WOW. My sister and I were planning a surprise birthday party for our Mom and forgot to reserve a party bus...I called Ranjana 5 days before the event and she made it happen! I spoke with her Monday and she quickly found me a bus, gave me a quote and got us set up for our party on Saturday night. Every time I called she answered and the one time I left a voicemail she called me back within 30 minutes which made the planning process (especially as desperate as I was) a breeze-- I am so appreciative for that. Throughout the entire process, Ranjana emailed me very thorough emails with all of my details and it put my mind to ease. She collected the deposit over the phone and I could pay for the remaining balance by card or cash which I thought was a convenient detail. Post-event, she sent me a personalized follow-up email which was very thoughtful. With so many details of our surprise party, having Ranjana in constant contact allowed me to focus on other things and not worry about our Party bus! Our party bus was about 10-15 minutes early and he happily waited at the end of the streets while our guests got ready-- I called him when we were all set and he promptly came up to the house to pick us up. I was thrilled that he was not only on time, but flexible and convenient for our group. Despite some frustration of a main street we needed to be on being closed, our driver Mark got us to our destination on time and punctually picked us back up to take us home. The bus itself was AWESOME. We had an easily-accessible iPhone hookup, zebra printed seats, crazy cool lights everywhere, a dancing pole, and we were able to bring alcohol on board after filing a permit and printing it off (Ranjana walked us through the process and it took 5 minutes!). I wish I could give no stars. I had recommended this party bus for a friend to use for her wedding. I had used them a couple years prior and had a great experience, but this time, last Saturday, it was TERRIBLE. My friend had prepaid and booked a party bus to shuttle guests from her wedding venue in Snohomish to the Tulalip Casino where they were continuing the night. It was prearranged to have the bus pickup at the venue at 9:30pm and make trips back and forth until 11:30pm. At 9:30pm guests were waiting outside for the bus, it wasn't there. After about 15 minutes we called the driver and he said he was on his way and that he didn't realize it was so far away- which he should have been prepared for since the address was given in advance. 30 more minutes go by and he still isn't there, we try to call and he doesn't pick up his phone. We called the number of the company and left a message- no answer. We finally get in touch with the drive again after 10:30 and he was still no where to be seen, he kept coming up with excuses as to why he wasn't there yet and saying he would be there soon. We started calling Ubers to shuttle people since we had to be out of the venue by 11pm. The bride has still yet to receive a formal apology, she was refunded her money but only sent an email saying she could have a free two hour ride. How do you just not show up? FOR A WEDDING! The day before the event there was an issue with the A/C in the bus I reserved but they proactively reached out and let me know they were doing everything they could to fix it but if they couldn't there was a different bus we could use. Amazing! I had to look for a couple of busses for my work, my boss found a place but he thought the price was a little steep so he asked for my help to get some quotes from other places. I do not recommend this company. We reserved a specific bus for a very special once in a lifetime occassion. After recieving an email, not even a phone call, explaining the vehicle we reserved would be replaced with a different one due to mechanical issues, our bus arrived LATE with our guests outside waiting in the cold. The worst part was the bus was outdated and did not fit our party size. It was embarrasing and upsetting at a time that should be nothing but joy. Compensation was minimal with too much energy and headache extended from our end to get that. Someone needs to teach this company good customer service. Never downgrade. If you cannot provide product paid for it's better to give something a little better than provide something unsatifactory. You will make up the money in positive reviews and referrals.
