Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else! I reserved the Limo party bus about 6 weeks before my 50th Birthday party. The owner, RJ was very responsive and quick to answer my emails/calls. However, 5 HOURS, prior to my event She sends me an email stating something was wrong with the bus and she would be sending a replacement bus. (Red Flag because what professional would email instead of calling 5 hours before your event). I immediately called and She tried to explain what happened to the bus and how she scrambled to get another bus. (She knew the bus was not functioning one day prior but she charged my credit card that same day without informing me or giving me the option to cancel). She finally assured me the bus was just as nice as the Limo bus and it would be big enough for my party. 2 hours later I received a text with my drivers name and phone number ( supposedly his name was Michael). Minutes prior to the start time the bus hadn't arrived. I called Micheal and he tells me he is not my driver, etc. He said he'd call her and he calls back and says my driver and bus should be there any minute. The bus finally arrived 10 minutes late. I walked in the bus and was so upset. It clearly was not equivalent and was not nice at all. There where light fixtures that were taped. No wet bar, no TV's. It was just downright hideous. There's no way, at 50 years old, I'd order anything like this. At this point, we have no choice but to get on the bus and head to the wineries. We were cramped on the bus with little room. I contacted Creative Bus after another provider fell through. We were approaching Seafair weekend. The process was super simple -- online reservation!! I could easily determine which bus option was best for our group. Almost immediately after making my online reservation, I received a call from RJ. She was awesome!! She verified the information from my online reservation form. She very competently explained next steps and that is exactly what occurred from soup to nuts. Louis, our driver, arrived on time. He was very impressive and a natural fit for our group. Additionally, he knew our destination venue well and provided above and beyond service. He got us curbside to our venue and although the event security told him he would not be able to pick us up at the same place because the venue would not allow private buses in at that point -- Louis made it happen!! The bus was beyond our expectations!! It was clean and decked out with every bell and whistle imaginable. We loved the seating (facing one another in super comfy limo-style seats) because it facilitated group conversation vs. the standard row seating. You could almost literally have a party on the bus. When my birthday transportation fell through at the last minute, I knew I needed to act quick. This year, I swore I wasn't going to plan transportation, but the problem is I live in Mountlake Terrace. Most of my friends live here or in Edmonds, Lynnwood, Shoreline, etc.... It's just too far for anyone to have to drive, and cab prices have gone up so much recently, and it's a real hassle trying to get 3 or 4 cabs to show up all at one time for a haul downtown. I could have just scrapped it and said, fend for yourself but I knew that NONE of my friends need to be driving after an evening of downtown fun. We are all very good at tipping the bottle. Here's where my friend Stefan steps in. I called him up frantic about the situation. I posted a thread on yelp asking fellow yelpers for some HELP! At first I thought the best route would be to just get shuttle express. Nothing fancy, but it still beats rounding up a fleet of cabs. It would have been $120 each way, plus 20% tacked on for tip. A little pricey, but I was desperate. I also looked into getting a limo, and actually found some limo places that weren't too bad, but still were more than I wanted my friends to have to pay. I had never heard of Creative Bus of Seattle before, but my friend found it and gave them a call. I honestly thought a party bus would be out of the question due to price, but my good friend Stefan just happens to be a haggling master. I don't know how he did it, but he was able to book us the "patriotic bus" for only $250, just a day before my birthday!!! Actually, I think the biggest reason we were able to negotiate was the fact that we really only wanted a ride to and from, not to be driven around the city like party buses normally are. At any rate, the party bus was awesome! It fit 12 of us, had flat screen tv's, a place to chill our beverages, and a great stereo system that we could play our mixed party cd's. The driver was super cool even though we seriously acted like a bunch of wild drunken apes on the way home. I had an awesome, easy initial experience in working with Creative Bus to book a bus, however, the actual bus experience I had was less than pleasant. The bus I was provided was dirty and, in particular, the smell of the bus was awful. When we asked the driver why it smelled so terrible his only recommendation was to open the windows which did not help at all. My party was planning on utilizing the bus for the entire two hour period that we had initially booked, however, due to the horrible smell we only used the bus for 20 of those minutes. Each year we have a holiday work party. This year we had 20 people and upgraded from our normal van rental to a party bus. So happy we used this place. The booking was very easy with great communication through phone and email. Driver was on time and professional. While he was nice, he did a great job at staying out of our business and making himself invisible. We rented a bus with the stripper pole which our staff loved. I appreciated that the driver was separate enough up front to not watch all us crazy girls, yet you could easily communicate with him. I scheduled creative bus for a team event. I scheduled several weeks in advance and they took a $150 deposit. My pickup/event is schedule for tomorrow morning. I have called and emailed several times this week to provide the exact pick up address and confirm pick up. I haven't received any type of response. I'll be calling my credit card company today to dispute the deposit charge. If you need a reliable company you can count on....this isn't the one. My first time being in a party bus ever so I didn't know what to expect and although the bus only provide us a ride to Belltown and back, I came to a conclusion that the party bus itself was the funnest part of the whole night. It was funner than the actual celebration at the club. Our driver Jeffrey was very polite, especially being ever so patient in waiting for us to find all the member of our squad. The party bus itself was cool. It had a stripper pool which I can see how it might get wild. There is an auxiliary cord connected to the sound system so you can plug in your music. I must preface this by saying i RARELY write reviews and only do so when i feel like a company did exactly what they promised and even went above and beyond to accommodate. so here it goes: I have used Creative Bus for 3 different occasions: 1) a work event 2) an Alumni event 3) a birthday party - I must say, all 3 occasions were AWESOME thanks to this bus company. the most recent even that I used creative bus for was my boyfriend's birthday party from Seattle to Emerald Downs. It was somewhat of a last minute event - I called Creative bus on Monday to schedule something on that following Saturday. RJ is AWESOME to work with, she hooked us up with a bus that fit my budget and # of people. The price was competitive with other companies and the bus turned out to be exactly what we needed. On the day of the event, the driver, Daniel, called me because there was an issue with the speaker system so he had to switch out the buses. It caused him to be late but he was nice enough to tag on extra time because of the delay. It was a hiccup that was made better by providing good customer service. Our group is definitely not a quiet group to say the least but Daniel was an AWESOME driver, super patient with us and made it easy on me (being the hostess :)). My only Cons would be that the speaker system would go out on us from time to time but that was mainly user-error because we didn't really know how to work it properly (a bit confusing) and it was a little hot on the bus (it was an 80 degree day that day and we had 20 ppl on the bus so that probably added to it as well). I have only used Creative Bus for pick up and drop off type events - not one where they drive you around for X hours but for the events I used them for, they were awesome, super helpful, great customer service - I would definitely recommend them :) read more

I was in charge of a Bachelorette party and was pretty overwhelmed as we wanted to plan a winery outing. Since we were staying in Queen Anne- I needed to figure out cost effective transportation for 13 of us. With a few Google searches & Yelp reviews- I gave RJ a call and she was SO HELPFUL! Only $500 for a party bus for 4 hours? Great deal. Our driver was patient (13 girls ready to party hard, not an easy thing to listen to for a few hours...) and flexible when our itinerary slightly changed. It was my 30th birthday and I was having my party in Bellevue and the best way to get everyone from Seattle to Bellevue as a group and in the most cost effective way was with a party bus. I searched online only 3 days before the party and no other carriers said they would do a short trip on their websites except Creative Bus. I contacted then and only a few hours later I received an email back saying that it wasn't a problem and that they had a bus for my party. The bus was great; it was equipped with a sound system, laser lights and even a fog machine! The driver was very professional and got us to our destination right on time. The best part about the whole thing was their flexibility. I had originally scheduled the bus from 5:30 to 6:30 but then last minute. rescheduled it from 6:15 to 7:15. they still accommodated my request on such short notice. Also the driver showed up at the originally planned time of 5:30 and waited patiently without giving any grief about the 45 minute difference! I've used Creative Bus on three different occasions and I will never go anywhere else! The first time I did lots of research and they were the most affordable. I keep coming back for the exceptional service, quality vehicles and great drivers. RJ makes the booking process easy and enjoyable. The buses are very nice with really good sound systems and jacks for phones, iPods, CD and DVD players. I do take the seating estimates with a grain of salt. I booked Creative Bus last month for a 6 hour Woodinville wine tour . Once I placed my reservation on their website, I received a response (by phone) from Ray on the same day. She provided me all of the details on pricing, and even suggested a few wineries for our group to visit. Ray was helpful and always followed up on my phone calls and e-mails. On the day of our tour, we had the Executive bus which fits 14 passengers comfortably. We were kind of shy of the stripper pole, but, after a few wineries, a brewery, and a vodka distillery, that pole became BFFs with a few of our passengers. The bus was equipped with a radio that had an input cable for ipods, cupholders, and a cooler. It was clean, comfy, and it had really nice dark hardwood floors. Travis was our driver for the day. He was on time, polite and easy going. Our group really enjoyed having Travis as our driver. If he wasn't our DD for the day, we would have invited him to join us on our whirlwind of wine, beer, vodka and whiskey! WOW WOW WOW. My sister and I were planning a surprise birthday party for our Mom and forgot to reserve a party bus...I called Ranjana 5 days before the event and she made it happen! I spoke with her Monday and she quickly found me a bus, gave me a quote and got us set up for our party on Saturday night. Every time I called she answered and the one time I left a voicemail she called me back within 30 minutes which made the planning process (especially as desperate as I was) a breeze-- I am so appreciative for that. Throughout the entire process, Ranjana emailed me very thorough emails with all of my details and it put my mind to ease. She collected the deposit over the phone and I could pay for the remaining balance by card or cash which I thought was a convenient detail. Post-event, she sent me a personalized follow-up email which was very thoughtful. With so many details of our surprise party, having Ranjana in constant contact allowed me to focus on other things and not worry about our Party bus! Our party bus was about 10-15 minutes early and he happily waited at the end of the streets while our guests got ready-- I called him when we were all set and he promptly came up to the house to pick us up.
