Amazing post cruise tour for 23 of us ending at SeaTac for a 4:00 PM flight! Latoya worked with me to fit in my crazy hand picked itinerary and made all of the arrangements. Desiree in the office handled last minute communications. Our driver/guide Joe was super friendly and knowledgeable.

We were in Seattle for a quick weekend getaway and found this unique Reindeer Farm and Leavenworth day trip. Phoned the company and spoke to LaToya who answered all my questions. She's both friendly and professional and effectively reserved the last 2 spots for me and my husband. We joined last Sunday's trip and met Joe at the meeting place at 6:45am. Bus was clean, snacks were plenty, bathroom breaks were timed perfectly. We had a truly fantastic time. Visiting and touching the reindeers as well as walking around charming Leavenworth gave us memories that will last forever. Money and time well spent! Driver and guide Joe is funny, friendly and a wealth of information. Thank you very much Joe for keeping us safe on the long drive. I highly recommend this tour and company and will definitely call them again for other unique tours when we return to Seattle. Hopefully LaToya and Joe will save us seats for the Tulip Festival tour in April!

We took the tour of Mt Rainier with Lucas and had a fabulous time. Lucas was entertaining and fun, and he showed us a wonderful time. Mt Rainier is a beautiful place. Lovely scenery all around. Waterfalls, snowcapped mountains, forests, rivers, etc. Would love to come back in the summer or autumn to see the flowers.

Lucas was our guide. Wow. What an incredible trip! Lucas was really informative, funny and kept the mood high during our day trip from Seattle to Mt Rainer. We had several scenic stops to take pictures; learning more about the area from Lucas each time. The mountains were breathtaking. We always had enough snack and bathroom breaks. When we got to Paradise we had 3 hours to explore: hike, eat lunch and even visit the visitor center. If you're looking for a warm lunch in Paradise head the the back of the visitor center. On our way back from Paradise we stopped to for a short hike and learned a bit about the area then headed down to a local restaurant for blackberry pie (worth it!). Ask for Lucas - you'll be guaranteed a great time! P.S. I heard Jasper likes Twilight.

Such a great experience. For lunch bring some cash ($20+) but if you're like us and forget cash.. lol there are plenty of places around the winery you'll be tasting at to grab food at! We ended up getting a yummy pizza from a winery next door AND tried more wines at the new winery! So if you forget cash... do NOT FREAK OUT!!! There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. The wineries were a blast!! The first stop was a little pricey for the tasting but the tour is fun. They give you wine to try during the tour... so take the tour and get some wine out of it the second winery is amazing they had a tasting set up for the bus guests and let you purchase a bottle of wine included with your tasting. For example the tasting is $10 (for a lot of wines) and the Pino Gris was $20. I only had to pay $20 because they included the wine tasting with the bottle purchase. Great deal. and they are so so fun and nice!!!!! Would love to check out more wineries!!! The falls.... omg omg so so so beautiful. They said around April is a great time to go because the water is very high! It was. It was beautiful, misty, the falls were just a beautiful and very peaceful sight. Try out this tour and you'll be a happy camper

Took the four hour city tour with Captain Steve at the helm. The itinerary was pretty packed: we were to see the highlights of Seattle. I was stoked, even though I have been ripping and running throughout Seattle this week by foot, rail, bus, Monorail, tram etc, to see places I was unable to get to. Customized Tours picks up at most hotels which is great because I have been to tours, especially in Europe, where one has to travel to your agency office. That can be taxing, especially when one doesn't know how to get from point A to B when you first arrive to a new place. The tour bus arrived promptly as stated in my email at 9:40am. Due to COVID the bus and tour were not at capacity. Have to admit it was nice being part of a small tour, it felt private. Our tour guide, Captain Steve, should be renamed Mayor of Seattle: he has so much knowledge of this great city and was eager to share it. Not only with words but with music, for example, passing the houseboat Tom Hanks resides at in Sleepless in Seattle, Harry Connick crooning 'A Wink and a Smile'. There were so many great places packed in our agenda: Pioneer Square(Glassblowing Studio), Centurylink Field and Memorial Stadium, International District ( Panama Hotel), Hiram M. Chittendam Locks( looking for seals and salmon)Kerry Park, Lower Queen Anne, Public Market( Ivars Fish Bar), Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, Waterfront, Lake Union, Fremont, ( Mischief Distillery), Fisherman Terminal( Little Chinooks) , Westlake Avenue( Sleepless Boathouse). The parentheses includes stops for lunch, goodies and souvenirs. The best part was meeting new people and having a tour guide who loves this city, sharing history and great memories. The tour was to be only 4 hours but lasted 6!! Great value! I highly recommend Customized Tours and Captain Steve. The pictures I post are highlights.

We just finished the 4-hour city tour with Mark of Customized Tours in Seattle. He was the best. He was so knowledgeable and articulate. He made the tour so much fun. Everybody on our tour became friends in the 4 hours because of Mark. He asked questions of everyone to make them feel comfortable. It was a great time. I highly recommend Customized Tours and Mark.

The Mt. Rainier Day Tour was the highlight of my trip to Seattle! Jasper was a fun and knowledgeable tour guide who picked out many enjoyable stops along the way. The waterfall stops and hiking trails were great. In particular, I loved a surprise stop at Carter Falls. I'll be recommending this tour to friends and hope to do it again myself in the future!

We had an incredible day with Joe. Right from the start he had everyone laughing on the bus. He stopped at so many gorgeous locations of the park, the most breathtaking being Paradise where we had about 2 hours to explore on our own. It was a perfect sunny, clear day. My sister was celebrating her birthday along with another guy on the tour and Joe kindly got them a chocolate cake. Everyone enjoyed a slice towards the end of the tour. That was a really sweet touch. Joe also helped my sister get a really great photo op by a waterfall. Our day at Mount Rainier was definitely one of the top highlights of our trip to Seattle. Thank you again Joe!

Had a wonderful experience on this Mt. Rainier Tour. Joe, our well informed tour guide, was very accommodating and professional. I definitely recommend this tour and this tour guide. Ask him about his bear photos...

So there are old barns here and a cemetery of patients that died as well as ruins of other structured here. We went through here around Halloween time so best get reservations in as they fill fast and they don't offer many of them. We went by lantern in the dark to the cemetery and learned about some of the patients that lie resting here and then what went on in the ruins when the hospital had the land. When we went here it was raining a lot and that really added to the creepy vibe which was a nice addition to the experience but glad I had an umbrella with me! Everyone we met was on their 4th or 10th safari and when they found out we'd never been before, they'd always ask, "So how did you even find this place?" Also I had no idea you could have a vacation with this much adventure and yet zero stress. Having Phil take care of everything and getting it all arranged for and paid in advance took a HUGE load off of us, which was so great as we both have jobs where we typically do a lot of planning and project management.
