Michael was our driver last night and he was absolutely amazing!! He went out of his way to make sure we had a great time and we never felt like we were inconveniencing him when we needed an extra stop for a bathroom or when it took us so long to get the group back on the bus. He was kind and had a fun and positive attitude the entire time (even when people were being a pain in the ass). The bus itself was even better than the pictures. The sound system is also great. I recently rented the Magic Bus for my thirtieth birthday for a group of 14 people. It was very easy to make a reservation, and someone returned my call to answer every question I had. The bus showed up on time at our pick up, and the driver took us everywhere we wanted to go within the 4 hours I had the bus for. We booked this bus for a friends bachelor Party. Planning it out of state was difficult. Creative Bus helped in lifting a bunch of weight off of my shoulders. Telling them what I needed, wanted, and expected they took it, ran with it, and came out on top. Their prices were the best that I found and they were willing to accommodate anything we wanted. Mike was the greatest driver. After one of my friends kicked over the cooler mike said he would go get some ice and a bottle opener for us. He was always their lickity split anytime we needed him or were ready to go somewhere new. I hope to use them again for some other random occasion. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because of technical difficulties in the beginning with the sound system. But once again mike took off his shirt showing the Superman Logo and saved the day. Fairly reasonably priced, it was around 950 total for 4ish hours on the xxl party bus. My ONLY complaint is that the sound system sucks, the bass sounded terrible :( BUT our awesome bus driver made up for it. We rode with Demetrious and he was an absolute delight. This was our first time renting a party bus and although the Customer Service and bus itself were fantastic and my son and his friends had a great time at prom, I'm rating this only 3 stars due to the following: 1. The bus driver was 30 minutes late and did not call us to tell us he was stuck in traffic. I only discovered that when I called him to see where he was at. 2. The bus driver must have been new because he did not know how to operate the lights and therefore my son and his friends rode back home in the dark and did not get to enjoy the party lights in the bus on the way home. 3. The driver did not assist the ladies off of the bus like a typical limo driver would do, but instead lectured the high school boys as they got off the bus that they had no chivalry. read more

We used Creative Bus for a concert recently. We had 12 (6 were kids) in our group and rented the 16 passenger and had ample room. Driver was prompt on our pick up address, bus was clean and company was very accomodating and responsive. The only reason I gave them a 4 is that I feel the driver could have situated himself upon picking us up after the event in a better place. He parked in a lot, and we were blocked in and sat there for roughly an hour and then it took forever to get onto the freeway. We should have been home easily by midnight and we didn't get home to almost 1:00. I saw other party buses which did not get trapped and were out on the main road in a fairly timely manner. We were a bit annoyed but I'd book them again. Other than the after event pickup mishap, everything else was perfect! read more

No No No! Do NOT rent from these people. Tried to used Creative Bus and their XXL bus for my daughter's Senior Prom. The bus was well over an Hour late with 20 Seniors in formal dresses and tuxes all standing in the cold and rain at their photo location under umbrellas. Nice dinner reservations for 20 were shot... (Strike 1) They offered to take the kids around after the Prom down to the waterfront for pictures to make up for being so late... but after the Prom when the kids came out for the bus ride, the bus was Gone. Called the driver (Marcus) and he had already returned the bus and said he was never told, although he told the owner that the kids didn't want the ride... huh? (Strike 2) Being my daughter arranged the bus, she caught the brunt of everyones frustration, a truly horrible experience for my daughter's senior prom. I called later, explained my frustration and was offered another bus ride for the kids on them. We arrange for them to be picked up on their last day of school, a senior celebration. This time the bus was 40 minutes late!! Seriously? Don't you think if you were trying to save face and make up for a horrible experience you would make every effort to be early, not 40 minutes late!! The kids were thoroughly disgusted by the time the bus finally arrived. Another huge disappointment on a special day (Strike 3) What a total lack of professionalism. My top reasons for giving 5/5 stars is because of the fantastic communication and also because of the their flexibility and willingness to provide the best possible experience. From my initial information-gathering call to throughout the booking process (which was super easy) and after our ride, communication was on point! RJ was my main contact and she was great - super friendly and clear. In terms of flexibility, they allowed me to edit the locations we were going to down to the moment we wanted to go there, which was really helpful. They were also prepared to extend the trip as long as we needed during the actual drive because of their experience with that happening in the past with other customers. And then finally, even though we were booking the cheapest bus, RJ was willing to upgrade to the most elite package that was available night-of. I really appreciated that sentiment, even though the more elite packages were not available in the end. We had a great night and would totally recommend booking this! If you're bringing drinks aboard, I recommend getting disposable to-go cups with lids so there is no spilling :) read more

Ruined Prom. I was not the booking party, but my son was one of a group of about 60 seniors using creative bus for Prom night. The buses were late and did not get them to the prom until 30 minutes before it ended. Much of the court was in the group so they missed the announcement of king and queen. Many parents were available to drive if the company had only told them the buses were so late, but they kept saying the buses would be there shortly. Very disappointing for the kids. They are giving a full refund, but communication would have helped get the group there faster and I would have paid more to get therm there on time. read more

Our entire experience with Creative Bus was amazing! Ranjana was extremely helpful and was very responsive to all of the emails that I sent. Our driver, Demetrious, showed up early and even called to tell me that he was there and ready to go. Our group had just come from an all day work event and we were already a bit rowdy but he dealt with us perfectly; he even joined us for dinner! On our ride back to Bellevue is when the dance party really got started and Demetrious even ended up driving us around for longer than we originally scheduled which was awesome. Attended a friend's 50th birthday party, which she rented she party bus from Creative Bus. When I got to the location to be picked up by the bus, I could clearly see my friend's frustration and dissatisfaction regarding the bus. My friend shows me an email the owner sent her a few hours prior to the event stating the bus you booked something is wrong with the door,I'm sending another bus but I don't what it looks like etc. Well the first bus was supposed to accommodate 24 people comfortably this bus we had to squeeze in to accommodate 23 people, which we were not comfortable. My concern is the unprofessionalism, lack of communication and disregard or concern that the owner had regarding her customer. My friend was stressed this was her big day and she wanted everything to go right, not only that the driver was late. Just a FYI, find another company to rent from, if I could give it zero stars I would have, not even worth the one star I had to give to write this review. read more

I found Creative Bus after performing extensive searches, for a party bus, for two different bachelorette parties. The majority of the buses/shuttles I found were overpriced, and some even charged fees for stops. Creative Bus, hands down, allowed me the most flexibility. There is a bus for every price range, and you can make as many, or as little stops as you want. Ray, the manager (?), was always very timely w/her responses, and dealt eloquently with all of my neurotic questions. She gave me a piece of mind, and both of the ladies loved their busses. The bus was on time and ready for us to be picked up whenever we needed. This was very nice. The only problem I had was the driver, he was not friendly and was not dressed appropriately for my party, which was formal. I'v been on many party buses and limos and have never seen an underdressed driver. Also the whole time he was driving he had ear plugs in, he said it was for directions, which he was getting off his phone, which was in his hand the whole time. There really needs to be a GPS or a Phone holder on the bus so the driver is not using one hand to drive. I did not feel very safe. I would have definitely not included my tip to the driver if I did not have to. read more

Sat outside my apartment and blasted music for 20 minutes while all the guests went into the store under my apartment building. So, on the one hand, that bus has an impressive stereo. On the other hand, it's pretty obnoxious for anyone who isn't partying who might have to wake up early the next morning to go to work. The driver parked in several different residential neighborhoods after midnight with the music too loud prompting residents to call the police.
