The order was all screwed up and had part of the packaging removed (I assume to make FedEx's weight limit). That is a whole different review. The package arrived via FedEx and not only was the box damaged and torn, but the jacks were bent and scratched. I returned them and ordered from another company who shipped them via Con-Way. I was given a Con-Way tracking number by the seller and therefore able to track the item(s) the entire trip. This allowed me to schedule someone being home to receive the 160 pound package. The day before the ETA indicated on tracking I received a call from a woman at the local office. She stated the package was en-route and she was calling to schedule delivery. She said that it was set for delivery on Friday but they could reschedule for Monday if it was more convenient FOR US! I told her I had been tracking the package and had someone scheduled to be home on Friday to receive it. She said that's great and scheduled a four hour window for delivery. On the day of delivery the driver called me and said he was about 40 minutes away. When the item arrived for delivery my wife was home. She stated the driver, Curtis, was awesome, he was friendly and helpful. He unloaded the item and asked her where she wanted it. He then used a pallet jack and put the package exactly where she had requested in the driveway, and he did all this with a great attitude! Many of these companies just drop it at the edge of the driveway and go, but evidently not Con-Way. The package was in perfect condition as were the contents. This is my only experience with Con-Way but I hope that if I order any other large items the seller uses Con-Way. Great company and great personnel who believe in customer service!

Seriously. It's an out-of-state area code and "512" is the prefix -- it's confusing -- I get it -- but they didn't even bother trying to dial it that way. Jonathan is a very enterprising young professional who will listen to his clients and understand what they would like to get done in their project. Jonathan will advise and create a project plan. He has an amazing hard working partner Tobias who does a fantastic job. It is a small family business and they assure you of top quality work by working hands-on to complete the project. The team first cleared out old pavers and gravel. They leveled and graded the land very well. Covered everything around it with plastic making it ready to pour a concrete slab in a covered patio. They were very mindful of grading for the water flow. They both and another crew member delivered the final completed project as it was planned at the start. Jonathan is the main point of contact. (512) 760-4540 He was open to questions and made sure to give satisfactory answers. He is very respectful and pleasant in every communication. Jonathan is flexible with client's scheduling. He knows that the weather can create hurdles. He was patient in all his communication with the client. What I found most impressive was that the team never became 'complaining or whining' about any change or that 'it's too much work'. Sometimes you meet trades who will promise big and agree to everything just to get the contract signed, but midway through the project their attitude changes and you are left with the feeling to just get it over with. But, with TCJ construction, both Jonathan and Tobias were consistent in their work, from start to finish. They actually enjoy and love their work! It came apart and I spoke to them and they said Tuesday Morning its 6:11 Tuesday morning and no show or call. Third time hired: Electrical the guy didn't fix anything at all, he said he was coming back and never did. First the bill was high because he ordered the wrong parts. The invoice was suppose to be significantly low once it got exchanged for the actual items but never received a credit and it never got fixed. They reached out to me through text to let me know that they let go of an employee that really honestly didn't know what they were doing on May 8th and that they were coming in my kitchen and following up with what didn't get fixed they apologized.
