Whereas it has always taken 3.5-4 hours in the past. I found them doing nothing multiple times. They had a bad attitude, walked very slowly, and heavily smelled like weed. Something that in the very recent past has cost me $400-500 including the tip, it was almost $1000 with this company. The owner did not even offer a discount in light of these events. I got good vibes from the start with Daniel and getting a quote and explanation of services that best fit my needs. The quote, contract, deposit, fees, all of it was clearly explained. Day of move - Eric and JC were communicative upon arrival and all throughout. They arrived on time, treated us and both properties with respect, even toward my dog.
