Greentek advised us the cost to repair the washer was higher than what we wanted to pay. He (a veteran so I was happy to support him!) responded, booked and got to my place quickly after 1st contact. He was respectful and diagnosed the issue quickly, thought it was another issue but when he came back to install and pulled the washer completely out, he realized it wasn't the issue & had the parts to put swap out some little motor which he said "This will be cheaper" and I always respect service providers who are honest. He could have easily installed the valves he originally thought the issue was and charged me for that AND told me about the other issue and fixed that and charged me more BUT he was honest and saved me some $ and fixed the issue!!
