Greentek advised us the cost to repair the washer was higher than what we wanted to pay. We then had a HPS tech come out and check the unit and could not find a leak despite the plumbers leak detectors going off previously. I asked to speak to the manager. He called back and looked at the picture and said he thought it was the gas tube. We set up a re-check appointment for 2 days later, then texts me last minute and cancels, saying he couldn't get the tube. It was supposed to be a courtesy re-check but they flaked out and said to call someone else. I accepted their offer to destroy the service fee check but they still wasted my time and left me without a working stove. Very unprofessional.
