***Update*** I failed to mention the best part of our…read moreexperience. We contacted them on a Saturday morning, and they were able to visit us the same day. That exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of difficulties with our Samsung washer and dryer and have had to have both repaired, several times, over the past 4-5 years. A few months ago, Greentek repaired our dryer, and most recently, they came out to assess a persistent annoying problem we've had with our washer. Greentek advised us the cost to repair the washer was higher than what we wanted to pay. (The amount of the repair and the amount we put into repairing it in the past was going to exceed the cost of a new washer.) So, we declined to have Greentek repair the washer and decided to buy a new washer. (Not a Samsung!) Both experiences were positive and we have no complaints with Greentek. They are prompt, professional, offer reasonable prices and do everything as agreed. Call them.

I called to see if engraving a pre-purchased perfume bottle was an option and after a quick details exchange, they said it was no issue at all and to bring it in whenever I was ready. When I dropped it off, the owner was so accommodating and had tons of ideas to make the engraving perfect. We ended up matching the font to the perfume name and filled it with silver to mimic the design as well. I was so happy with how it turned out and bride loved this personal touch! COVID Precautions: The business is run from the owner's house so while there aren't strict guidelines, I suggest wearing a mask out of respect.

I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. You cannot go wrong with this company hauling your junk for you. It saves you time and effort than doing it yourself and paying for the fees at the landfill. I highly recommend using them from my own personal experience.

I don't know what they put in their orange scouring paste but it is the only thing that seems to be able to clean the mold and mildew off of my stone tile shower. They are also very responsive to feedback, the first time they cleaned they did not do the inside of my microwave oven. I called back and asked to have that added to my next cleaning, and since then they have always done it. They were also willing to vacuum my sofa, which is a magnet for hair from our three dogs and one cat. I also feel confident and trusting them to be in the house when we are not home.
