First time trying this crawfish joint. We arrived on opening weekend around 430pm and it was a packed house! We chose to sit outside, it was a nice evening despite it being a bit chilly. Our waitress approached us in a timely manner and remained attentive throughout our time there. Our food also arrived in a timely manner despite the place being packed to capacity. We had 11 people in our party so we ordered the Family Meal Plan, Crawfish Hookup, Seafood Basket, Gator Bites, And Boudin Eggrolls....Gator bites were uncooked so we had to send them back. The boudin eggrolls were just okay, nothing impressive. I think they should stick to boil food only...the crawfish were kind of small but that can be expected at this time of year. The crawfish were flavorful however the spicy was more like mild. I wish I would have gotten the extra spicy...all of the boiled seafood was pretty good, the seasoning and remoulade sauce were also a great addition. Overall it was a good experience. The main complaint was for the fried gator bites and the boudin egg rolls. read more

Typical crawfish place. Everyone was friendly... it is BYOB, we don't usually drink, so it was fine for us. A bunch of people came in bringing coolers along with them. My brother and our daughter had crawfish and my husband and I had shrimp and catfish. It is a small place and I wish there were more restrooms available. But like I said typical. It is a really long drive for us, so I think that we will stick closer to home from now on. read more

Great spot for crawfish! Ordered the spicy level, it built in heat. Also ordered the fried shrimp basket. The hush puppies were out of this world, the shrimp were slightly under seasoned for my taste. Outdoor seating, got a little dusty with the trucks driving by in parking lot. Fifty bucks for lunch (2 people) and completely worth every cent. Crawfish boil special +8 shrimp and Nanna Pudding dessert. Everything was awesome! My lips were on fire -in a good way... but bathing them in bananna pudding led to a quick recovery. Rustic for sure ... but I'm cool with that. Too bad we're just driving through! Family place with picnic tables and a large center table with stools. You could order Crawfish regular, spicy and extra spicy. We ordered spicy and it wasn't overpowering. The do sell sodas and tea if that's your preference. They also kept up with the trash, they constantly kept coming and emptying my trash bail off my table. All on all, very satisfied and would definitely come back. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead 5, is the drive. It's way too far for my taste.
