The fried pickles were like thin potato chips--nice and crispy. I had the seafood basket with fresh oysters, catfish, hushpuppies, and crawfish tails. Pictured are a big bag (3lbs) of crawfish in Garlic Butter sauce (same sauce that they use to add flavor to the pho broth. This one is very spicy, so I try only one crawfish!), 1 small bag of the Hot and Sour sauce, some Chicken Wings, Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Fries, Cheesy Crawfish Rolls, and Beignets. Then to be almost attacked as Cameron was apparently perturbed that a paying customer had the audacity to question about this insane way of pricing. I had enough of his belligerent and argumentative behavior because Cameron was doubling down with his less than stellar attitude. As such, I told Cameron he was about the rudest person I have encountered in this service industry and dismissed him. No customer deserves that kind of treatment.
