Guidry's is truly a staple in our house! Lately, we've been coming here about once a week, especially during crawfish season. We make sure to get our crawfish intake in while we can. The 1x spicy level is our go-to! I love a bit of spice, but this has an amazing flavor that other crawfish just don't have. It's the perfect balance of heat and flavor. Everything on the menu is great, but we especially love the jalapeño crab poppers and, of course, the boudin balls; they are so good every single time. With all the well-deserved hype Guidry's has been getting lately (yes, you might have to wait, but it's absolutely worth it, we just happen to live close!), we've been ordering to-go more often, and even then, the service is still beyond amazing! The waitstaff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the Cajun atmosphere really makes the whole experience. It's one of those places you just keep coming back to. I had high hopes for this place from the looks of the pictures and seeing that their main cuisine was Louisiana Cajun seafood. We came in on a Friday around lunch time and it was seemed like a common spot to go to by the locals. The staff is genuinely kind, seated us easily, and quick to service us. We had gotten the pork rind appetizer with the crawfish cheese sauce- I'd say it was a nice starter and the rinds were freshly made and still crackling as we were eating them! Sadly, the crawfish tasted like it's been sitting out and the blue crab was dry unless you dowsed the butter all over it. So it was either too salty or not enough seasoning. read more

I have had crawfish from everywhere from Crosby, Mont Belvieu, and Deer Park, and Guidry's by far has the best crawfish. It is seasoned and spiced to absolute perfection. I have already been 6 times this season and I will be going back again this weekend! read more

Our services has always been very good. They are very crowded because the food is so good so be prepared to look for a parking space and a possible wait for a table. You won't be disappointed. Only been here once and wish I could come back more (dietary restrictions) but I loved it. I have noticed on the weekends it's packed but I did not have a bad experience with customer service at all. The food was great, I got the country friend chicken and they had sweet potato fries which are my favorite. read more

Great location and servers are really nice. Th wait time for food is unreal though. Myself and 2 guest came in for 11 no lunch crowd at all and it took 40 mins to get our food. The service by our waiter made up for the kitchen's error. But let's just to the real reason why you're here. The food surprisingly was good! I ordered the stuffed mushroom and fried pickles for an appetizer and was pretty amazed at the freshness and flavor off each of those. My main dish ordered was the blackened jumbo shrimp and they were succulent and flavorful. So we live in the Woodlands and we travel a pretty good distance. It's between 45 minutes to an hour of a drive to come to Guidry's. I'm rightly so tonight we went in for some crawfish and their famous Boudin balls and we were greeted and sat immediately. Our server name was Hailey, not only was she just the sweetest thing but was 100% probably the best service I've ever had at this location. She was very attentive. Our drinks were quick. The service here was great. I came during a busy time and they were nice and friendly. The ambiance is a nice Cajun feeling. You have a full bar and TV all around to enjoy sports. Finally the food. I had 3lbs of spicy crawfish with sausage and a potato. I made my own dipping sauce. The crawfish was good. They have other levels of spice for the crawfish. My sausage could have been better. First time here and came because I saw it on Houston Life. Our server was Jarod and he was so awesome!! He was honest about what to order and what not to order. I really appreciated his honesty. The atmosphere is like you're at a family BBQ. I came for the crawfish and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered spicy and that it was, but the perfect level of spice. This is my first, and probably last, visit to Guidrys for crawfish this year. At $15/lb, crawfish better be good and these were not bad. The main reason for this review is the fact that they charge for spice. Apparently, any spice level higher than "X" costs extra. I normally get the spiciest that they have which is "DD" and to my surprise when I got my ticket, they charged $2/lb for that spice. I ended up paying $6 for spice! The menus don't say anything about charging extra for FLAVOR!!! Even if the menus were accurate, it's still mind-blowing to me that you have to pay extra for FLAVOR on top of $15/lb! As a side note, the CHAIRS ARE UNCOMFORTABLE! I'm an averaged sized male and it's STILL uncomfortable squeezing my ass into those awkward chairs!!! I can't imagine how uncomfortable it is for anybody even slightly larger than myself! read more

We invited our friends to Guidrys and man did we end up embarrassed. The service was absolutely trash. Wait time for our table was about 40 mins, okay no problem, but once we got to our table we waited an hour+ for our crawfish and drinks. Our waitress would not check up on us at all, we would see her hiding out and avoiding us. We had to flag down other people because she would not help us. We ordered a bucket and it sat at the bar for at least 15 mins, I literally had to go to the bar ask for our order and carried the bucket to our table myself. Not only that, but we had to order all of our drinks, including sweet tea and water at the bar or else we wouldn't receive it. We sat down at 7:40 and didn't end up leaving till 11:30 just because our food was taking forever. Everything was brought out in increments. Potato's came out late, sausage too after our crawfish. We even had items that never made it out. Then to top it all off she asked if we were splitting our check after the fact, and she brought out 3 different colored pens so we can circle what we ordered like seriously the worst service that day. Came here with some work friends to grab dinner after all day meetings and what a great place that's been here for so long I continue to enjoy. Down to Earth Cajun restaurant with everything from hearty Cajun spicy dishes two ribeye steaks or T-bones that are out of this world. The atmosphere was great the service was fantastic but the food had all the right flavors and mixed from light to spicy and I had a crab stuffed redfish with vegetables and a little less cream sauce which was perfect and hit the spot well. We had seven of us and got seated pretty quick and again the service was spot on kept us full of cold beer and gave the right recommendations on what we were all looking for. I love this place. Food is good and the decor reminds me of a bayou shack...transports me to LA. And the people are great, staff & customers alike. It's my new favorite place to go hang out. I just wish I lived closer so I don't have to drive there. Crawfish boil is yummy. I have added shrimp to the boil as well. At other places, when I do, either the shrimp or the crawfish end up too tough. Not here. The oyster poboy is yummy...just wish it had more oysters in it. Fried pickles & mushrooms are tasty. This place certainly lived up to all the hype. It's a little early for crawfish but the sizes I got were decent and they were easy to peel, which made the experience that much more enjoyable! The spice was really good as well, not too brutal in my opinion. They do offer different levels of spice. They also have fried items on the menu as well as burgers, and other boiled seafood. The sides such as corn, potatoes, mushrooms are additional. This place definitely has a lot more of a bar vibe than an actual restaurant but you can tell that they have a lot of regulars, which is nice to see, it makes it feel welcoming and "homey". It seems like it does always get busy here, but I feel like the staff handles it very well and keeps the communication with the clients.
