Ice cream taste a bit better than normal but also way too heavy and thick because of it. Can only eat a bit deliciously before it becomes too heavy. Server was so friendly! Overall yummy but definitely for if you want a more heavy dessert. It's a small place with no real seating but a few seats outside. Oh my gosh, this place is epic! If you're in the vicinity, make sure you go! It's super small and non-assuming but inside is packed with flavor and character. Went after dinner. Was a bit hard to find but the staff was super friendly and the ice cream was so good. Between 6 or us we tried strawberry (so tart and creamy), mint chocolate chip (standard deliciousness), butter pecan ( standard deliciousness), chocolate, and honey Graham (out of this world giant chunks of Graham cookie/ cracker not sure what it was but so so good). My son got his in a chocolate waffle cone. I didn't expect much from it but it tasted like a warm gooey brownie. It was so good. He got chocolate ice cream and it included 3 toppings and he did M&ms, Reese's pieces and peanut butter topping and it was a fabulous combo. A small dessert waffle shop tucked in Little Italy and convenient to walk to after lunch or dinner in the area. The shop is tiny with few seats so it's more of a to-go place. The owners are really kind and obviously put a lot of thought and time into their waffle creations. The menu includes customizable made to order bubble waffles with nuts and other mix ins as well as ice cream and sauces. There is a lot of variety of toppings and if the personalized menu is too overwhelming they have a premade selection of flavors. We made a personalized waffle and the warm waffle had a crunchy exterior with a soft interior which was a good contrast to the ice cream. You have to eat it fast because the waffle does get gummy after awhile. If waffles aren't your thing they also have locally made ice cream and drinks for purchase. Although I understand inflation is making business more difficult, I do think the prices are high as most waffles run around $13 with tax. This would not be an everyday treat for me. read more

We stumbled up one Waffle-licious and are OBSESSED We were greeted by Katherine upon entering the establishment and immediately felt welcomed! She walked us through the whole ordering process and gave recommendations when asked. I absolutely love this place. The owners are incredibly friendly, the shop is adorable, and the waffles are insanely delicious. They offer signature waffles as well as a build your own option. They do a really great job explaining each step, and there are enough toppings, from sauces to candies to fruits, that everyone will find something to their liking! The final product is always beautiful and they even have a little instagrammable wall to pose with your waffle in front of. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, kids and adults alike. read more

Waffle-Licious is a humble shop located near Baltimore's Little Italy and a great place to get dessert. The store itself is a little small, but service was friendly. It seems like a favorite among locals. The waffle itself was light and it was unique that you could add a filling to the batter itself, but needs a bigger scoop of ice cream. I came in on an absolutely swealtering day and in desperate need of something to cool me down. The proprietress was wonderful--helpful, friendly, and very quick to concoct the absolute black hole of all things chocolate that I ordered. I'll be honest: it was too much chocolate for me. It was so incredibly rich, as decadent as any billionaire's yacht, and so sweet. But then, that is what I ordered: literally the most chocolate infused object on the menu. In retrospect I should have gone for a fruitier option. My only true complaint would be that there isn't enough ice cream--what I got was really mostly waffle, and the waffle itself wasn't that special. The ice cream itself though--utterly heavenly. Hands down, the most incredible tiramisu I have ever had! First few times of getting my waffle fix was lovely , perfectly fluffy and soft but recently they have been burning my waffles almost to a crisp of char. Steer clear of the gentle man making the waffles and had the nerve to ask if I want it made again after waiting 10 minutes . Great little shop which is really hard to find. Look behind the tree with all the little lights. When you do find it, you will be rewarded with waffles made to order stuffed with all kinds of delicious goodies of your choice. Rolled into a funnel. Then they add a couple of scoops of homemade ice cream and top that with two more toppings and whipped cream. Wow! It was so good we had to come back a week later. Went in tonight for something warm and sweet since it was cold, drizzly and kind of ugly outside. Was not disappointed. Great service, amazing waffle and toppings! The woman making my waffle was very patient answering questions about how to order. She also let me have a sample of ice cream before I ordered. I ended up getting a chocolate waffle with coconut shavings, coconut chocolate chip ice cream, peanut butter, pistachios and strawberries! The quality of a real stuffed waffle with many choices of ice cream, and loads of choices for toppings (you get 3 choices) really gets your "sweet on" !!!!! I recommend taking the kids! This place is seriously amazing. Popped in on a whim and had a fantastic conversation with the owner who is so sweet (woman owned!). The ice cream comes from a farm and is creamy, rich, and flavorful. I had the Swiss chocolate flavor and it was out of this world. The toppings were fresh and you could tell that a lot of love and care goes into this store. I will definitely be back, this is not a place to be missed! This place is sooo cool!!! You choose your "filler" (e.g., cookies, m&ms, pistachios, etc.). Then they pour the waffle batter on the hot waffle iron and they put your selected filler in each of the bubbles of the waffle. Once the piping hot waffle is done they take it off of the iron and roll it into the shape of a cone. They put your chosen ice cream flavor on and top it off with 3 toppings of your choosing. It is delicious and creative. I never would have guessed the filler could be infused in each tiny bubble - my mind is blown right now. Their milkshakes are also thick and creamy, just the way I like them. The staff are friendly and willing to answer any of your questions. They do not have any indoor seating but they do have tables and chairs outside under the trees for you to enjoy your special treat. Another bonus is they are wheelchair accessible! read more

Established in 2022.

CRAVE began in a young family’s kitchen after falling in love with bubble waffles on vacation. Unable to find them nearby, they set out to recreate the experience at home—perfecting a recipe that delivers a light, airy waffle that’s soft and chewy inside and crispy outside. Our doors first opened in Baltimore on July 2, 2022, as Waffle-Licious, introducing the city to bubble waffles (egg waffles). As our menu and family of customers grew, so did we. In May 2025, we rebranded as CRAVE and expanded our offerings to include sweet crepes and other handcrafted desserts. On May 28, 2026, CRAVE opened its second location at 6707 York Rd. in Towson. Everything at CRAVE is made from scratch using high-quality ingredients. From our bubble waffles and crepes to tiramisu and beyond, we take pride in making everything the right way—no shortcuts, just passion, quality, and desserts worth craving!

Don't be afraid to park a little farther away, it's worth the walk. Take your time walking to the shops around and then treat yourself to some ice cream at The Charmery. I feel like these days in big cities there's so many "fancy" ice cream places with strange flavors but this place has all of the basic flavors and then some more intricate flavors too. Finally! Also, so many places don't do sundaes anymore and that was not the case here. You can build your own which is even better. We both opted for sundaes. I did a small, then we also got a large. We also got a couple of drinks and the total was around $15. We were truly astonished at the price and how generous our servings were. Quality of the ice cream itself was so delicious and has left us craving more. Although we aren't from the area, we already look forward to going back on our next visit to Baltimore!!

Some of the more complicated ice flavors probably wouldn't go well with a soft serve twist, so I played it safe and got my usual: pistachio ice with chocolate vanilla swirl. I ended up getting a larger size this time around and while it was totally delicious, it was HUGE! The soft serve was well incorporated around the entire cup making each bite delicious. Love this place and will definitely be back next time the craving strikes!

I love how fresh the food is on the hot deli bar, and I am so thankful that it's behind protective glass for an employee to gather and present instead of it being in an open area, etc. Although the cashiers are normally less than excited to see any customer, they work fast, and efficient. It works for me. I will surely continue to support this market and recommend to friends and family.
