That worked nicely and is convenient to pull my car right in. I found the unit to be reasonably clean and the motion sensing automatic light inside the unit is bright enough to see everything as I got organized and locked up. So now I'm like ok did we leave it at the house and I called and checked and no we loaded those 2 things on the truck. I go back into the store and say I want to check the truck myself so they take me out there and my stuff is the back the truck. The guy says I checked the wrong truck. Really ????? Sad that we have to get treated like this 3 different guys in that store told they checked the truck and nothing was in there. Just lied right to my face, as I'm sitting here writing this review one of the employees came out to ask me to move my car because I'm in the way. Really then I go in and ask for a manager and they say he is not in. So I need a manager to contact me about my issue. Or whoever the manager is they told me it was Chris. I already know they lied to me once so I won't shock if this was a lie also. It is Feb. 2022, now. I had left a voice mail and I received a follow up call the next day about having 2 units available. She held it for me since I was first via a voice mail. The place is clean. Never a line. (The New Yorker in me loves this!) The place is easy to get in and out via the gate. You receive a key and a magnetic key for opening the gate. Only once have I had someone come down the lane I was in while dropping off some stuff. I backed out, which wasn't hard. This place is right by Clinton Lake. You can park boats, trailers, campers in addition to different size storage units. If you want easy, affordable and clean, this is your place to go.
