I found the unit to be reasonably clean and the motion sensing automatic light inside the unit is bright enough to see everything as I got organized and locked up. If the electronic entry was out for a weekend of updates, why not inform customers about the inconvenience before it happens? Lie? the best storage facility are you kidding me they are charging me 217.00 for a 10x10 which rent for…read more140 + rental insurance that doesn't cover anything not rain, snow, hail, or extreme heat. huge rats got into my storage and ate my michael kors purse and matching wallet that were well over 1000.00 that wasn't the worst my mama gave me that as a gift and she passed away this last nov. when i asked if they would cover my losses they replied "no things like that happen" so i asked what does the insurance pay for? they couldn't tell me what it covered and btw out of the 217.00 i pay 17$ is the insurance cost. they advertise 140.00 for my unit so why do i pay over 200.00. to make matters worse a year ago they tried to evict me for having beds in my storage and closing the door 3/4ths of the way down during the worst snow storm we had. they told me i can't close my door while i'm on the property. i explained to them i was only trying to keep the snow and moisture out and it was below 0!!! i then asked if they could show me on my contract where it says i can't close my door halfway during extreme weather while i'm on the property? of course they couldn't. i do have to say the owner called me the very next day and said they fired that person and i wasn't kicked out. later i found out they either hired her back or never fired her in the first place... it really surprised me to see any good reviews, cuz since the old owner sold it, which i waited 3 months on a wait list to get in because there wasn't any units available. now there are many empty units which doesn't shock me but all these good reviews must be from people that don't care about their stuff getting ruined from the elements and animals!! or they are short term rentals. i bet if asked what the rental insurance covers they will tell u that insurance is from a separate company and they don't know what it covers.... i'd check around town cuz i know for a fact in the same city not more than 2 miles away, you can get inside storage which is weather controlled 24 hrs a day entry and a whole lot cheaper. the only reason i haven't moved is because i am disabled and had lung cancer and i am in no shape to move my stuff... but believe me the day is coming by aug - sept i'm outta that place....

Due to my belongings being exposed to the water for 3-4 months I now have significant contamination to my belongings! I paid my storage unit on time and most of the time I paid my storage bill early! I am devastated! I am disabled and now I am going expected to lift every tote/box and itemize each item! It's not a surprise that is going to be a lot of work for me! I have recently have suffered two heart attacks so on top of my already horrific health issues this is a nightmare!
