The coupon stated the following "Choose Between Two Options *$11 for one month of storage (up to a $116.95 value) or *$39 for three months of storage (up to a $350.85 value). For both options, customers may choose between 10'x10', 10'x15' or 10'x25' units. I called the company to use my coupon for a 10'x25' storage unit. The manager told me that I could only get a 10'x10' storage unit as this was the only size available. I asked if I could get two of these at the same price as this would equal a 10'x20' size. The manager stated that I would have to purchase another Groupon coupon if I wanted more space or for me to contact Groupon for a refund. At this time the company has sold 50 of these coupons and is offering only the 10'x10 size unit. This is a classic example of what I consider to be a bait and switch offer. The store manager also stated that the Groupon sale webpage for this offer stated that these units were on a first come first serve basis. This is absolutely false as no such information was stated in the offer. I contacted Groupon and told them how this company had not fulfilled their promise in their ad and therefore I cancelled my order. Groupon looked at the ad placed by Wise Moving Company and U-Haul Center and agreed that the company indeed did not have any such information in the ad stating that this was a first come first serve basis. I received an e-mail from Groupon stating that my credit card would be credited for my purchase. The Groupon representive I spoke to also offered her apology for having been treated badly by this company. I will not be recommending Wise Moving Company as a company to patronize.

Back to Anderson and they gave me the right part. The problem this time was the part was broken. I had great service and everyone was very helpful. The lady at the front counter was super nice and friendly. She helped me through the whole process. Prices were reasonable and this place is easy to access. The only problem I had was they charged me for the defective item. It wasn't much but I thought I should get a price break. I couldn't use the item so I did not think I should have been charged for the rental. Otherwise, this was a cool store. Super friendly staff.

Our Craftsmen mower has been giving us trouble for months. Prior to visiting Maisch, we had it…read moreserviced twice at Ranchmart ACE only to have the same issue reappear both times. So we decided to give Maisch a try. They identified a part they thought might be responsible for our issue (I believe it was the choke valve) and replaced it. We got it home and it worked fine that first time out, but two weeks later, when it was time to mow the lawn again, same problem reappeared again! Three attempts to get the problem fixed, and $180 dollars later, I was ready to chuck the mower and buy a new one. But the wife insisted I take it back to Maisch one more time. This time they replaced the carburetor, and did it for free!! Not sure yet if the problem is permanently fixed, but either way, Maisch is definitely the model of excellent customer service. We will trust them with all our future mower repair needs and recommend our friends do the same.
