I really enjoyed both the food and the drinks at this bar. We really enjoyed sitting at the bar and conversing with the bartenders. There are a lot of local beers to try with fun labels to check out while sitting at the bar. The buffalo chicken dip was good as well. There was also a live DJ who played all types of music and would constantly change it which kept us on our toes. read more

Went to Crafthouse for happy hours and they have decent appetizers and a good selection of beers. Their happy hours are until 9 on weekdays, which is why it's usually very busy on Friday nights. Definitely recommend the loaded tater tots! The wings were actually pretty good as well. Service was pretty slow because the place was so busy though. read more

The service my husband, my friend and I received recently was great. Carina was our server and I believe was bartending as well. She was very personable and quick, we never had to ask for refills. The other bartender also checked on us and was very helpful as well. Later in the night when service ended and you walk up to the bar to order, she still made rounds to make sure we were okay. The food was okay, a bit greasy but its bar food and we came for the beer anyway. read more

It's a shame when wait service stands aside and needs prompting to clean a table and then afterwards, actually work the table. My daughter had to ask the bartender if we were sitting in a closed section to which he responded that he would send someone over. After another wait, we were finally greeted by the person who bused the table. The beer was just alright but I live in Germany and will not fault low standards, food was terrible. I wish the waiter told us that the kitchen was closed if we came at the end of the dining hours (830), we have waited our share of tables and understand that the kitchen has set hours. Oh well, this happens, but the lack of attention, like another round of drinks convinced us to leave. Let's be honest, we can eat anywhere in NOVA, nowhere is really special when we are talking burgers and chicken, it's the service that keeps us coming back. Ouch. read more

Back here again for the late night happy hour. The food is decent but the service is terrible. The restaurant is practically empty but our server is barely around. Dropped my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars... if you come here, expect a longer happy hour with some decent deals but don't expect great service or unique eats. read more

Chicken wings were excellent. Lindale was our very friendly server who took excellent care of us.

I use to go there many times before covid There big pretzels are good There servers were always nice Always good quality. read more

This will be my second time coming here and the first time where I didn't like my meal. Mind you, I'm one to NEVER send my food back to the kitchen. So, I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and it wasn't what I expected. If you're looking for a breaded and crispy chicken sandwich, this isn't the sandwich for you. However, when informing my waitress about this, she pointed out that there was sauce but she immediately gave it to the kitchen to fix the problem. The manager approached me kindly and handled my meal. I love how I wasn't looked at weird or treated badly for sending my meal back. The customer service is on point here! read more

Delicious food and amazing service! Feels like having lunch at my best friends place :) the burger was cooked perfectly and the pretzel... well that deserves a review of its own! The cheese sauce is so necessary! Kelley was a perfect server :) read more

Fun place, good vibes, cool people. Plenty of drafts and great food, never gets old. It's a good, normal, social atmosphere

Boyfriend and I live down the street so we visit weekly. Great bar food. Love the outside seating. Good beer selection. Chill location. Brunch mimosas are also something to check out. read more

Disappointed by the service...food was great! We really looked forward to coming here. I got a margarita and it was awful, pure salt! I sat it at the end of the table and didn't touch it. We were never asked about our drinks or food. Wasted $11 on the margarita and even as they were cleaning the table, they still didn't ask or offer to replace it. I was a server for years and if someone didn't touch their food or drink I always asked about it. Just a thought for them I guess. read more

Meh....food was just okay. Better options nearby, decent beer selection no military discount

Stopped by here with a few friends. Crafthouse has a great happy hour that lasts until 9pm, with different specials each day of the week. We got multiple Apps the Mac & Cheese burger and my friends also ordered nachos and mac & cheese bites, beer pretzels and others. Overall fun! read more

Was there a couple days ago to check it out. My fiancé went there about 6 months ago and had a horrendous experience. I decided to check it out myself because I love the Reston location and I hope they aren't the same restaurant yes I know they are but two completely differently run restaurants reston is nice friendly and great management Fairfax exact opposite management is horrible will not return to either now read more

Visited on a Friday night with some friends. The waiter stopped by and dropped menus without saying much, but for the occasion, we were actually ok with that. They have a great food and beer selection and the place was packed. The staff was friendly and it's in a great location in Fairfax Corner. Not a kid friendly place, though. read more

While visiting friends in VA last weekend we decided to check out Crafthouse. We didn't get off to a great start, though. We found a table and were immediately handed menus but then sat for 10 minutes without getting any other service. Looked like the servers were all congregating around in the corner at their own table. Thankfully the bartender (didn't catch her name...tall girl with tattoos) saved the day. Literally caught us as we were getting up to leave and had us come over to sit at the bar so she could take care of us. She more than made up for the lack of service that we had gotten before. Next time I'm in town I'll definitely stop back in and I know my friends will be back, but will obviously head straight to the bar. read more

Glad this this opened back up in Fairfax post COVID-19, but I think they've compromised on quality and prices are a little on the higher end. We went for Happy Hour and I still found the place expensive! We ordered the nachos, margarita pizza and fries along with a few drinks. The nachos were not good, they hardly had any toppings and the cheese was unevenly spread. The pizza and fries were quite good. I ordered an old fashioned with low ice but it came with full ice. read more

Came here on Friday night after a movie, about 11pm. The servers and bartenders were superb! The bar tender was knowledgeable and super sweet- So nice and helpful and answered any beer questions and gave tastings without asking . The food was good and quickly came out , a server actually brought it to our table even tho the servers were leaving around the time , but he was still extremely kind to find us and bring it out . The low stars is due to the bouncer - he had a tattoo of the Cheshire Cat on his head . Around 1:20am he came in yelling - he told everyone inside and I quote "You all better get the F*** out of here before we close at 2" . Working in bars and distillery's all of my life, I do understand wanting to close up shop and get tabs closed out . However. I have never spoke to customers in such a manner . It was so disrespectful and rude. I was crushed because we had been having SUCH a good time ! I do hope the management or if he is a manager , he can reevaluate the way he speaks to paying customers. Because this place, could really be a catch ! read more

Nice place. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. They have a solid beer selection and all of the food we had was perfect. Come get ya some read more

If you plan on eating here, call your order ahead before arriving. Take a stop off at the grocery store first and run a few errands. Go to a gas station and fill up your car if the fuel is low. Visit an old friend, maybe take a trip to the gym and work out a bit. By the time you get there and sit down, maybe, just maybe they'll be halfway through preparing your food. If you don't have the kind of time to wait for your food, maybe go somewhere else. read more

I went out this evening to relax and was stressed out by your manager/bartender, who was unreasonably disrespectful and unprofessional to the band that came in to play, I sat at the bar and watched a whole argument and altercation. The bartender even body-shamed one of the shorter band members for his height, calling him "little man", which was deplorable and condescending. The bartender even had the nerve to say "welcome to fairfax" as if this is just how people act in fairfax, if it is, I never want to come here again. His behavior was over the top, I don't care what the band did, how he acted was completely unprofessional. Due to this bartender, and his unethical actions, I had a stressful and anxiety filled experience and I will not be returning as long as he remains employed here. read more

Checked out this craft beer spot on a Sunday night and had an awesome experience. Danny, the manager, is very personable and helpful. Lauren and Warren were our bar tenders and gave us awesome service. They helped us decide on what to get and gave us samples to try. The atmosphere is also great and comfortable and very CLEAN. And the music is on point. read more

Crafthouse - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fairfax, Virginia

We sat outside on the patio and really liked the atmosphere with the live band. We started out inside but it was too loud. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza and the southwest burger wrap with a side Caesar salad. My hub really liked the pizza. I was surprised to see how small and unappetizing the side salad was especially for being an extra $4. It was very small and had those tiny gross croutons on it. I was originally going to get the veggies but the waiter could not specify the type of veggies. My wrap was cut in half, one of them the wrap broken so everything was falling out. The wrap was also very greasy. read more

This place has one of the largest outdoor patios around, so if you're trying to get a drink outside on a nice evening, you are pretty much guaranteed to get a table outside, which is nice. However, the service here is usually pretty chaotic. You are often left sitting at your table for a while without any help, especially inside. Also, the food is NOT good. Don't come here for dinner, the app's aren't bad with some beers, but even simple items like the pulled pork sandwich or grilled cheese are NOT good (how do you mess us a grilled cheese?). Come here if you're with a group, lots of open seating, but be warned, beers are a little over priced and food is subpar. read more

Came in for a night cap after a movie. My wife and I sat outside on the patio and Josh our server was the best! He was prompt, polite, and helpful with the menu. This was our first time here. The food was great and the beers had a great variety. Josh made the night cap experience 5 stars! read more

Food is awesome but the service is terrible... how you gonna give other people menus before us when they walk in a few minutes after us.

Great place to hang out and enjoy some great tasting beers! Until the last time my friends and I sat down and were extremely disappointed and annoyed to see children yelling and running around. This is NOT a Chuck E Cheese. We come out to adult places for a reason. Don't know if we'll be back. There are plenty of other family friendly places in the area. Breweries and vineyards aren't even safe anymore! read more

My son and I went to Crafthouse today to grab a bite and watch a little football. We sat ourselves( as the sign says to do) at a middle table in front of the bar. We waited about 10 minutes before someone brought us menus. The menus were dropped off without a word from the server. We then sat for 15 minutes, in front of 4 TVs with the same game on it, and without being l greeted. We got up and left because we were completely ignored. Never going back! read more

Came here the other day with some friends. Easy to find in a nice town center type vibe, easy parking might have to walk if busy but that's fine. Coming in it's basically a sit yourself dive bar vibe. So we sat down and waited for a server bartender said someone will be with you shortly few mins go by and the bartender comes out and takes our drink orders but doesn't deliver them. Finally the server comes by asks for our drink orders and we said the bartender took the order. Couple mins later the server comes back and said sorry can you give me the order so I can ring it in. Finally get our drinks ordered some food I got the boneless wings and a side of fries. Boneless wings were nasty to say the least very rubbery and tasted like they been sitting for a bit the fries were definitely old crunchy and not salted. Asked for another order second order came out in a less then 2 mins they definitely weren't fresh again. Manager came out and asked what's wrong. I said the fries weren't fresh the first time or the second time and he said they are. I said that's fine it doesn't matter. They took it off the bill we ended up closing out to go elsewhere because I kept catching the manager laughing in the corner with his employees we felt attacked and not safe read more

First of all service was great! Food was great! Drinks were great! And service was great! But I'm only leaving this review because I'm so sad that my server ended up tipping herself an extra $20 even though I left her $20 in cash for tip... I'm a bartender and I normally tip more than 20% and the fact that she ran my card and closed out an extra $20... THAT was a slap in the face. I came with my sister's to have a good time but just... Wow... I'm saddened that this happened. I remember my tab... It was about $50... But the fact that she ran it and closed it out and tipped her basically another $20 off my credit card. I normally go by the morals of what goes around comes around but just... :/ I'm not going to even dispute it because one I did throw away the receipt but two clearly you need the money more than me. Just damn... That hurt. I came to Crafthouse to try out what was new in Fairfax Corner. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT... But seeing the full closeout... FYI... My sisters and I are all apart of the service industry! Like we seriously understand the struggle. My sister's are both servers but I bartend in DC so money honestly isn't all that tight for me... And I'm not butthurt just man... That seriously hurt me that she closed out on my tab to add an extra $20 off her tip out. I NEVER WRITE YELP REVIEWS... NEVER!!! But I'm only writing this because I will not return off of that pettiness. My sister's and I even cleaned up the table to make it easier for our server. WE UNDERSTAND YOUR POINT OF VIEW! We honestly only go out to help others in this position. I left cash for your tip for a reason... Just ugh. Makes me sad that there are dishonest servers like that. :/ But again if she did that she clearly must need the money more than I do. I will not be returning... It makes me so sad because this is such a great bar/restaurant. But that simple fact... That she did that. That made me so sad. I tipped you 40% and just... I'm so saddened by this type of dishonesty. I will be sharing this story with all my bartending and server friends and I will make sure word of mouth goes around to not visit this place because all my friends are in the service industry and we only go out to take care of people in our shoes and not just to have a good time. What goes around comes around. To the server that may read this... I really hope that $20 you charged on my $50 tab was worth losing such a loyal customer. :/ And you just lost a lot of other bartenders and servers that will come to that restaurant that will tip not just more than 20% but as high as 120% depending on the tab. All my friends and I work in the service industry and word of mouth will spread cause I've never had this experience until now. I NEVER B*TCH ABOUT THIS KIND OF SH*T but just wow... And maybe who knows... Maybe the cash I left got pocketed by a busser or something? Who knows... I'm putting other things into perspective but from what I see... You did one petty thing. :/ I get it when... People leave both receipts... And don't leave me any tip I normally tip a dollar for each drink/item... But $20 fucking dollars... Off of basically 1 appetizer, 3 entrees and 2 drinks. I'm not tripping over the $20 but I glanced at my bank statement and noticed the actual closeout. I make more than enough but just... It makes me sad that this seriously happened. :/ I just hope you aren't this petty in the future....... read more

I ordered through uber eats. I got the short rib brisket burger... but all they gave me was a hamburger with cheese, onion and tomato. Such a disappointment. Been here a few times and this is hands down the worst experience I've had through them, but will make me think strongly against ordering or recommending them to anyone. read more

The beer selection is pretty decent. I recommend starting with a flight before committing to a pint of anything. I picked 4 random dark beers that I'd never tried before. 2 were delicious. 2 were sub-par. I feel like most pubs in this area aren't going to offer the selection that Crafthouse does. So by that metric alone, this place gets 4 stars. The food, however, isn't anything amazing. I got the turkey club which was pretty tasty but it wasn't mind-blowing plus it's pretty hard to mess up a turkey club. I'm a huge fan of tots so I was pretty excited to see that as an option as a side. Unfortunately, I was pretty let down as they tasted like they'd been fried in really old oil. read more

Formally WOB, the menu has improved, the brunch EVERYTHING has improved. Service has always been great; but now I actually want to come here to eat and drink. When it was WOB, the food SUCKED, sorry but it's true. I've had their brunch two weekends in a row now..many options all very reasonably priced. Not to mention, $6 mimosa and .25 refills.......I'll leave it at that. This is our new brunch spot. Very happy with the updates/upgrades! read more

Service was very bad . My friend and I sat ourselves like the sign said to do but then waited 15 mins for a waitress to come and give us a menu. Then we got some drinks, that came out quick but then we waited another 15 mins for someone to take our order. Then the food took at least 20 mins to come out. I got the pretzel , it was huge . WAY too salty so I took the salt off . The mustard that came with it wasn't spicy so that was disappointing. Spent a lot of time waiting and waiting. read more
