It was ok. My burger and tots were overcooked but my wife's wings were good. She got a BIG portion. They were tasty, crispy and good. The sauce and fries were good too. My drink was very sweet but was light on tequila. The staff were attentive and friendly and didn't come by too often which I like. We did get over charged on one of our drinks though so be careful. They did bring water right away which is always good. The music was a little loud but was fine. Lots of sports on the many screens but it was hard to follow. What a good time! My partner and I met up with my brother, sister in law, niece and her boyfriend. This place is lively! There were people playing pool, playing beer pong, and a band was scheduled to begin. I ordered the turkey wrap that came with fries and it was so good! My partner ordered the combination plate that had mozzarella sticks and chicken wings which was also tasty. We also ordered the wedge salad which you can't go wrong with that. My brother ordered a pizza which they enjoyed and my niece ordered a large salad. AND, of course we all had drinks. I chose Craft Republic for a small group event. Nine of us gathered. I specifically chose this place (first time there) because I am familiar with Rock Bottom brewery - and Craft Republic is part of that family. So I had high hopes for the place. It was a Thursday @ 4:30pm. No crowds at that time and no need for a reservation - but I had made one anyway. The hostess, told me I could sit anywhere and so I chose low tables and put them together. I arrived earlier than my group, so I had time to peruse the menu. A server arrived and placed menus on the table and I got a water ... So to cut to the chase, here is my mixed review by category, followed by comments: **** Location/Parking - great! Lots of space. 5 stars. ***** Inside decor/environment: Lovely. Lots of space and lots of TVs for sports viewing - but with sound off! Excellent 5 stars. **** Service - a little chilly, but very efficient. 4 stars. ***** Daily drink specials: 5 stars. ALSO, SOME SINKS HAD NO WORKING FAUCETS DUE TO DEAD BATTERIES - I ASSUME. IF I was manager, I would be sure to replace the bathroom door assembly. Obviusly, the whole thing is made of cheap fiber board materials and the locks can't even be held by screws - as evident by the number of drilled holes in the one unit that had a lock. Hello. Overall I enjoyed the electrifying environment of this establishment. The fun music and the plethora of televisions heightened the excitement of my meal. I would return to this place again. However, one of my friends meal was not ready on time and he didn't get his food until we all finished. He was distraught and upset. My food, on the other hand, came on time and was solid. I wouldn't say it was the best burger I've ever had but it was in the top 30. The service was intimate and kind. My only other thought after this experience was the bathrooms. I ordered a side of fries $5 and a side salad $6.50. I really enjoyed the fries they were good. Decent portion for the price too. I asked for heavy seasoning. Only downside was they gave me 2 packets of ketchup. :( Side salad- I wasn't impressed with- the bartender did offer to remake it but I just was tired and said no. My biggest issues with this were the ingredients- I asked before I ordered it what was on it, and how it was prepared. It was missing a couple ingredients, and also had blue cheese or feta on it. AGAIN they offered to remake it, and I said no. I just would recommend saying what kind of cheese- I am not a fan and would not have gotten that had I know. Solid four star rating. We ordered iced teas with the Mozzarella Brick appetizer. Unfortunately, they had no sweetener for tea except sugar (white packets). They allowed us the opportunity to switch the drinks out. With the appetizer, we asked for marinara along with their regular jalapeño jelly but only marinara came out. Opted for the Chicken Tender Dinner with French fries and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with onion rings. Both meals were good & would be recommended - onion rings were great! Met some friends here for a quick lunch and some "catch-up" time. Craft Republic was new to me. First time here. It was a quiet Thursday afternoon and only a few customers were enjoying a late lunch. Great time to be able to talk without loud music and others talking. It's a large venue. Three large rooms. Bar is in the middle room. Pool tables in one room separated from the seating. I bet this place is busy on Friday & Saturday nights. Central location in ABQ. Near the freeway - I-25. Good parking. Had a cheeseburger & onion rings. Not a healthy meal, but it was very good. Prepared as I asked. That doesn't often happen. Onion rings had a tasty crust and were real onions - not those ground up freeze-dried pretend onions. It was a good lunch. Enjoyed one of my favorite beers - Elephants on Parade. All-in-all it was a good lunch. Only complaint was the size of the cheeseburger - it was small, very small and was $14. Add onion rings. Another $3.50. As with other venues since Covid, they do have their snafus. Prices are high and service, although professional, was slow. All understandable, but still noticeable. Will I go back? Ordered delivery from Craft Republic and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The fish and chips were delicious with impressively large pieces of fish that were perfectly cooked. I also tried their chicken tenders, they were a bit bland for my taste. However, the overall quality of the food and the impressive delivery service more than made up for it. Even though it was delivered, the food was still hot and plated nicely, I appreciated the care there.I also appreciated the sealed bag that ensured no one had tampered with my food. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely order again. Highly recommended! Delivery from this place was on point! Well Craft Republic has gone downhill. They were not busy at all. I told the waitress we had a $10 off code before we even ordered. Our waitress Mikaela was more interested in her friends and coworkers than her few tables. One table sat unbussed the whole time we were there. I got the chicken strips and wanted to sub a salad instead of fries for a fee. My daughter's ribs and fries were really good. We get the bill. Mikaela never asked for phone number to take money off and the upcharge for the salad was $6. Wtf? That's ridiculous. She did remove the salad charge and the $10 but all in all it was NOT worth my time or money. One couple sat for so long with no help they went to get their drinks at the bar. This place is pretty big and has tons of televisions for any sports event. I went here to watch football on Sunday and you can tell it gets busy with televisions playing all different games. The waitress that we got was pretty good even though it was busy she came around every 10 minutes or so to see if things were good. I ate before coming here so I cannot really say how it was in terms of food. A good feature is that you can hear the game being played on the speaker in the bathroom. They told no one out of the 5 of us that when we ordered what we thought was their $3 dollar "happy hour special" that we were charged $9 dollars each beer on the bill. When we alerted the manager he told us we where right and he would "fix it". 15 minutes after the fact she came back, she told us that it was our fault because we didn't ask for 'shorts' and those were the happy hour specials. We were appalled that was our response. We paid full and didn't even wait to take any type of discount and left. This restaurant has been through a few owners and name changes over the years. It used to be a favorite, but it slowly started to degrade. Service suffered, the food was "blah", and the drinks were just as blah. We used to hold Game Watch Parties but after committing to showing the game they said they were going to broadcast, they couldn't. This after they promised us they could get the game and after we all ordered food and drinks. I ordered a Black and Tan once and the bartender acted like I just insulted their first born. I found out later they no longer make these, but I could be wrong. The only positives I can think of is they have a two-story building and can separate fans depending on which game their fan base wishes to see. The major downer with this place is the Men's bathroom! There is absolutely no ventilation and it reeks! They are always dirty, smelly, and messy (paper towels on the floor, counters are dirty, urinals are backed up, toilets are...well, you know). Okay, I must admit that my friend picked this place for dinner last night and after seeing all the bad reviews, I wasn't so sure... but I was wrong. We arrived shortly after 7, with only a few people waiting for a to go order and plenty of seating. Our server was friendly and the food came out quick. There were several screens for the football game on and people getting an assortment of pizza (that smelled and looked really good), wings, etc. My friend got the beer battered chicken fingers and onion rings for a slight upcharge of $2 (I had a little nibble of one of the chicken fingers and it was the batter that did it for me). I got the fish tacos, which I was expecting to be small from the picture. What I wasn't expecting was three large pieces of fish divided among three tacos with a spicy(!) chipotle aioli, chips, salsa for $14.50. Service and food were both good (I had been a few times back when it was Fox and Hound) and the decor was whimsical with a moose mount on the wall. Reminds me of a little place in Juneau, AK... We love the service, drinks, and food, but they always double charge my debit card. The pending charge takes days to fall off. I have one right now that should not be there. Not sure if this a credit card processing flaw in their system or a training issue. It's not a bad place and it has improved greatly over the last few years; however, that double charge issue has been consistent and totally sucks. However the food wasn't that great, I ordered the shareable wings which come with 2 different flavors. The wings had some type of breading on them that I was not a fan of, but the peach bourbon bbq wings were pretty good. I love the food of a good sports bar. And Craft Republic has not only the usual bar foods but several others than are unexpected. I had a Philly cheesesteak that was big enough to feed two (but managed to finish it myself) along with perfectly crispy and lightly salted onion rings. Both were excellent. My husband had a buffalo chicken sandwich (he's a huge fan of anything buffalo) and he said it was the best he had ever had. He gave me a bite, and the chicken was very flavorful without being too spicy. In addition it was very moist which is not usually the case with white meat chicken. Whatever Craft Republic is doing, they're doing it right. Luckily we live in the area so we will be back. read more

This is my 3rd and final time coming here. The food is extremely subpar. 1st time my Smothered Brisket Fries were incredibly salty an unbearable to eat. The 2nd time they battered my Chicken tenders in Fish grease. Absolutely unacceptable. We've been hosted by the Craft Republic for many years for the annual Army/Navy game. Seldom have we ever been disappointed. Food was great, service attentive. The ribs and wings were terrific! Beer selection excellent. David and Don were well tuned in to our needs, from giving us closed captioning to watch the game, to wandering through the room checking on our needs. We will continue to enjoy this place for our future watch parties. read more
