A little less tangy than I recall, but still a great start to the meal. Flat Iron French Dip: Very solid, though the Double Smash Burger looked so good I'll have to get that next time. This is a review from Valentines Day. The decor and atmosphere at this place are perfect for a date or a casual drink. The service is perfect. You are checked on frequently but not so frequent to interrupt the occasion. The food is the best around. The steak was huge and we decided to split it, still resulting in steak to be taken home. The Mac and cheese was some of the best. The asparagus dish was absolutely the best thing I've had in a long time. If I could beg for a permanent menu addition I would! I absolutely love this place! Happy hour is Tuesday through Saturday 3-6. It is a little bit loud, but the bartenders are great and there are lots of them so you never wait long for a drink! They are a bit on the higher side for pricing but you get what you pay for. Food is always really good. This time we got a Rachel sandwich on gluten free bread with no cheese (it came out perfect the first try!) and the husband got the cowboy flat bread. My sandwich side was mushroom bisque and my dumb dumb self didn't realize there was dairy in it, so I'll hate life tomorrow but omg it was so good!!! read more

I feel like they might still be working out quirks in the kitchen because the food seems hit or miss. A chicken sandwich sometimes doesn't seem to have much chicken, but more bread. The cocktails are fun and always delicious! I go for cocktails and french fries mostly just cause I haven't been pleased with the meals overall - pricey but not fulfilling. I think it's a cute place in Caldwell with nice interior finishings that appear higher end. It's a nice ambiance for sure. I love that they partnered with Koenig last year for summer events and hosted the cocktail bar in Koenig silo. I make sure to go support when they are out there! read more

New to Idaho - Tuesday at 5 pm I stopped in for their HH bc I seen very high views on yelp. I was greeted immediately with smiles as i made my way to the bar. The waitress, everyone working in there were very nice. I ordered a salty dog and I gagged on every swallow so left half of it for the sink. I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this location was. It was the classiest place I've been to in Caldwell. Excellent service and food. I wasn't extremely hungry, but I ordered the Sicilian Nachos to share and a cup of Mushroom Bisque. I will be back for sure to try more things on the menu. I had two glasses of Merlot. They also have my favorite, which is Tempranillo, but it only came in a bottle. I didn't go downstairs to see the speakeasy, but my friend said it was cool. As we were leaving, I noticed a private room for little get-togethers or meetings. I fell in love with this place and can't wait to visit again soon! I've been to Craft Lounge in Caldwell quite a few times now, and it never disappoints. I swung by again last week, and as always, the vibe was spot on--chill, stylish, and just the right mix of upscale and welcoming. It's got that speakeasy feel without trying too hard, and it's one of those places that just feels good to hang out in. The drinks? Consistently amazing. I usually go for the She's a Peach--it's my favorite--but I've tried several cocktails on the menu, and they've all been excellent. The bartenders really know their craft (no pun intended), and the drinks always come out looking and tasting great. Service is one of the reasons I keep coming back. The staff is always friendly and on point--super attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they enjoy what they're doing and care about making sure you have a good experience. One thing to note: it's strictly 21 and over, so keep that in mind if you're thinking of bringing younger friends or family. But if you're of age and looking for a solid spot for drinks and a great night out, this is easily one of the best places in Caldwell. 10/10 recommend every time. read more

Craft Lounge was the perfect spot for grabbing cocktails. They had a Christmas beverage menu, which was fun! They had a variety of cocktail options and all the drinks we tried were great! I got the Evergreen, which tastes like Christmas in a cup. I was obsessed with the detail on my ice block. They make their own rosemary thyme syrup in house and it was delicious! I also had the Santa's little helper and this cocktail was my favorite of the night! The egg whites make it so creamy and the pomegranate was a great contrast with the bourbon. We also tried the boarding pass and liked that one! This is an open airy space with tons of seating. They do have a full menu but we only tried the drinks! This is a great find, and actually, better than its big sister in Nampa. It's grownups only- so leave the kids behind, but good drinks, great food and a good location/set up at all times of year. We went a couple weeks ago, and it was strangely quiet but also still very welcoming considering most of the staff was dealing with a Christmas party downstairs (so we didn't get to experience that section). Nicely decorated and again- because it's primarily a bar- no kids. Great place for a grownup date night! We will back! read more

This was our first time to this location and it didn't disappoint! Service was great!! We got the nachos as an appetizer and demolished them! There were four of us and we all ordered different drinks off of the menu and they were all very good! Out of the 4 of us we ordered a custom Mac n cheese, Grilled Cheese, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and the Pesto chicken pasta. Everyone was very happy with their order! One of our favorite places to enjoy good food, good service and nice ambiance . When we recently dined there, the place had a handful of patrons and the bar was partially filled. We were told we'd be seated promptly, but the young lady then just walked away. We were seated and promptly got water. Our drink orders were taken. Pretty basic; gin martini and a vodka gimlet. Gimlet was fine, I was served two ounces of Bombay in a rocks glass, neat. Waited and waited for our waitress to return. Guests next to us had been waiting 10+ minutes to pay their bill! Meanwhile, four staff members were visiting off to the side and the manager was visiting with patrons. We decided to pay for the gimlet and depart. The manager then came to our table and sat down next to me. She then tried to make things right, but it was just a very awkward situation. My fiancé and I have enjoyed this restaurant for about a year and a half now. We try to learn everyone's name and we have a couple of our favorite bartenders and expo. Shout out to Jenny, Liv, MJ, Bri, Amanda, Jules, and Reed. (Sorry if I spelt names wrong) but this place has created some very special memories for us. The food is phenomenal and the bartenders are highly knowledgeable about craft drinks. We go about every 2-3 weeks for date night and are always greeted with kindness even when they are so busy! Their speak easy downstairs has such a great calming vibe for food and drinks also. To the other reviewers who put low stars, just remember we are all human and nobody is perfect.
