Our family came here for a very late lunch one rainy day. We had excellent service! The mozzarella track was a delicious appetizer! All of the entrees were very good. All of the kids ordered a chocolate milkshake which were good also. Great place! read more

Went for an early dinner around 3:30 on a Sunday. We were seated right away and had drinks within 3 minutes. We got 2 different appetizers to try a few. The crab dip and mozzarella breadsticks were both amazing. I got a white pizza with crab and onion and my wife had a bacon cheeseburger. The pizza was piping hot and delicious and my wife's burger was quite juicy. I tried a new IPA I hadn't had before and thought it was pretty good. Overall a great experience. The place is somewhat small, so I'm sure it fills up fast at dinner time and being new, they may still be finding their stride, but I would highly recommend for an early dinner if you want to get in and out quick. We'll be going back and may bring some others with us. Good job. read more

REALLY enjoyed our visit to Craft31. It was a late Saturday afternoon, visiting from out of town with our dogs in tow. Got a great seat on the patio with an umbrella to shade the sun. Waitress was really friendly and attentive. We ordered two pizzas and a burger. We ALL really enjoyed our food. My pizza was the vegetarian on gluten free crust with red sauce. Absolutely delicious. I did sub two items but the crispness of the crust in addition to the flavor of the sauce and toppings was just perfect. My mom had a regular pizza that she thought was excellent. My dad ordered the burger and he raved about it being "homemade" and the perfect size. I don't eat pizza often but when I do, I want it to hit the spot, and Craft31 exceeded expectations. All in all, it really left a positive impression and we were already talking about when we could come back. read more

We went to Craft 31 for lunch today after a recommendation by one of the Jamestown Fort actors this morning. Great tip! Extensive menu, so it was tough to decide. Star of the meal was husband's veggie pizza. JoJo was friendly and helpful, and made our stay so pleasant. A visit from Brandon brought a sweet and salty oyster treat! Thanks also to the manager for stopping by to check on us. We are really looking forward to joining their teammates at Opus 9 Friday night. Go to Craft 31! We're even thinking about swinging by before the long drive home this weekend for a pizza souvenir. If we're fortunate to return to Williamsburg in the future, Craft 31 will be on our list. read more

Best food I have had in a while. I was searching around for a good restaurant to eat at and I found this place. Little did I know they were going to have the best burger I have had in years. I really hope the open one closer to were I live so I can eat there more often. The customer service was amazing. The server was a really nice woman who could not find the dark. I really hope they can get for business so they can expand. read more

Enjoyed a flight of five VA craft beers, oysters and the best burger I've had in months. Highly recommended.

Great selection of beer. Delicious burgers and pizza and my father in law said best crab cakes he's ever had.

I love Craft 31! In addition to good food it has a great set up. We reserved a table by the fireplace and there was live music, it was beautiful! I've had their burgers & pizza - both were great. Oh, and I highly recommend their truffle fries! read more

Great craft beer, good food and a raw bar! This is a can't miss for dining when in Williamsburg! We were looking for a place to eat, shortly after arriving at our hotel. Looking on yelp for places with a good beer selection and good atmosphere for a family, we decided to give Craft 31 a try. I am really glad we did. First of all they have an excellent selection of beers, many of them local VA brews. Being an avid home brewer, I love trying new local beers. I had a Double IPA from Hardywood in Richmond and also a Belgian Tripel from Bulls Island in Hampton. Both were excellent! Now on to the food. Started with a half dozen raw oysters. Very tender and yummy! I had a blackened blue cheese burger which was excellent. The burger was cooked just right, little pink so as to be flavorful and juicy. My wife had a pizza with crab, broccoli, spinach and artichoke which was a very unique and delicious combination. My oldest daughter had a crab cake sandwich. Very good, but they put the coleslaw right on the sandwich which she didn't care for. Matter of taste I guess. It also came with their homemade chips which were really really good. My two younger kids had chicken fingers. They were good as well. Always important to keep the kids happy! There were many other menu choices that all looked very tempting. Even though we really shouldn't have, we had to try desert. I had a white chocolate cheesecake, my wife had a salted caramel pretzel blondie and the kids had milkshakes. All were excellent, and the portions were just right, not excessive. My only complaint is that the oysters took a long time and came out only minutes before the entrees. Other than that the service was pretty good. If you're in Williamsburg looking for a great meal, I would definitely recommend Craft 31. read more

Last night I held my a Sweet 16 party for my daughter and it just could not have gone better. Amber, Harley, and Taylor were exceptional at every turn. They helped me order enough food to keep everyone happy, they had it arrive perfectly timed to feed 20 teenagers, and they were just kind and accommodating. I highly recommend Craft 31, the staff, and the food. Thanks, guys! you made it a night to remember!! read more

I have to say that I am very pleased with my experience. Brittany was very nice and enjoyable, and provided excellent service. The pizza was amazing and the appetizers were delicious. Overall a 5 out of 5. I will most definitely come back here. read more

Just had a great dinner at this restaurant. Ordered a Carolina burger, a Virginia burger and my wife ordered a Crabcake sandwich. All were excellent. The beer selection outstanding. And very good service. Our server was very attentive, his name is David. Ps the strawberry blueberry cobler was really good too. read more

Came here for Lunch right when it opened, sat on the patio. My server was very attentive and knowledgeable. I am terrible with names but she was awesome! the crab dip with spinach and artichoke hearts was Fantastic! I also ordered the blackened blue cheese burger with Truffle Parmesan Fries... I was not disappointed at all. I will be coming back! read more

Our family had lunch here and it was delicious. The service was outstanding. Our server Harley was one of the best servers we've had in years!! We had a variety of foods from pizza to bbq and everything was very tasty. We highly recommend Craft 31!! read more

Very long wait for food and refills. I was so looking forward to Bottoms Up style Pizza. Better than McDonald's but that's not saying much. I would not recommend visiting this restaurant as I saw several tables have the same issue delayed food, delayed refills. I spent many years as a waitress and I am inclined to be understanding, but this was ridiculous. read more

Our 1st and this was the choice! It did NOT disappoint! It set the bar high for the rest of the week and what we were to eat. Great beer selection and the food was outstanding. Service was good and the atmosphere was very enjoyable Great choice and would highly recommend. read more

Got takeout yesterday for dinner, and wow, the food was excellent. Large portions, and very fresh, especially for takeout. The white bean chicken chili was AMAZING, I'm a sissy when it comes to spicy food, and this was the perfect amount of zing. We also got the cheeseburger mac n' cheese which was a tad bland at first but definitely grew on us after a few bites, would absolutely order again. Main course was the meatloaf and it was also excellent, the gravy on the meatloaf & mashed potatoes really topped it off. The carrots that came with the entree were the best I've ever tasted, seems strange as I didn't expect it bc they were 'just carrots', but wow the flavor was amazing. 10/10 food wise! read more

Good spot for burgers and large craft beer list - was there on a Sunday night service a bit slow and didn't take part in raw bar which looked great. Solid spot pizza didn't look appetizing stick to burgers read more

This was a great find! The restaurant itself is super cute and welcoming. Their beer selection was awesome. My burger was great, and everyone else enjoyed theirs, as well. Service was very good, too. Really enjoyed it here and would definitely recommend! read more

Food is alright, could be better had the shrimp. I've never had steamed shrimp with carrots and onions. I don't like onions. Craft beers are great a little pricey on some of them. Bartender was a little off, it was not busy at all but he was playing with his phone. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE PHONES AT WORK! I'll be back to give it one more try. read more

Pizza is amazing!! James is by far the best and nicest waiter ever!!! Highly recommend

After visiting Colonial Williamsburg, we needed a casual restaurant with a decent kids' menu, and a good beer selection. This was perfect. It's not a quiet restaurant, so avoid if you're looking for intimate, but it was perfect for us as we were able to laugh and talk with the kids without worrying about bothering others. There's outdoor seating, but we choose indoor and AC after a hot day in the sun. We each ordered a burger based on the waiter's description. Best burger I've ever had! I didn't like the homemade chips because of the seasoning, but my husband did. Kids liked their meals as well. And, probably most important after a week into a 2-week road trip with kids: they have a great selection of craft beers! read more

This place is great. Kid friendly. Great lunch. Super nice wait staff. The fried oysters are fantastic!

This restaurant is a great place to get a casual bite to eat. It's family friendly and decorated well. Everything is decently priced and the food is delicious too! Also, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a relaxing time and will return next time I'm in Williamsburg! read more

The Diner Burger, pink, with truffle fries was delicious as was the mozzarella bread appetizer. The staff was friendly and on their game. The covered deck is perfect for summer evenings. Overall, this is an excellent addition to Williamsburg's restaurant options. read more

Great selection. We sat out back on the enclosed patio by the fireplace. We had pizza, fish & chips, salads, great beer selection. Finished with three of the great deserts. Creme brûlée, berries cobbler, and hand made once cream sandwiches. Service was fine. read more

Thanks Yelp. Another keeper. The place seemed a little out of the way but the journey was well worth it. Bartenders, Servers and hostess seemed knowledgeable and decent enough. No attitude. Atmosphere was good and chairs comfortable. Nice bar and beer selection as advertised. All four of us got some sort of burger. Rave Reviews all around. Perfectly cooked, good meat and toppings. Quality for sure. Sweet potato fries were very good. Check this place out. It is worth it. read more

Went on a Saturday night. Sat at a not busy bar and got ignored for awhile. Then after our drinks got made the bartenders fought which was awkward since they were both opening upset and cursing in front of customers. Got order wrong and just overall took too long for any service and interaction from a server. read more

The place itself is great; with great atmosphere and a great beer selection. However I ordered the black and blue Burger which came out completely well done I could barely chew it. How can you claim to be a burger bar and only have two options of how to cook it (pink or no pink). That tells me right there that you cannot cook a hamburger correctly. First and last time going there read more

Love the atmosphere and menu. Have been several times and always had great service. Two bars, oyster bar and their pizza are the biggest draws. read more

This place has all the potential to be a great place. Nice place, clean, patio, bar inside and out. The entire staff is undertrained, ordered 2 different beers and both were not available, same thing happened to the table next to us. Table next to us had to constantly get up from their table to go to the bar to get service. Said they had to change the keg then eventually came back to tell us they don't have it. Got the chicken wings, clearly not anywhere close to fresh...super dry and tasteless. Queso cheese fries tasted like Kraft cheese melted on a pile of fries. Food was subpar, staff was well below standard, bartender repeatedly put his fingers inside of glasses when handling drinks. Would not go back without a serious staff overhaul. Could be a great place with better trained staff and a more concentrated menu...way too much to be good at any one thing. read more

This was our first time to Craft 31 and we were pleasantly surprised with an enjoyable meal and good service. Our only recommendation would be to offer a beer menu with some larger print. We will go back the next time we are in the area. read more

Stopped in here with my husband for some drinks before dinner. He ended up with a flight and we got sliders that were a special for happy hour. Everything was delicious! Great atmosphere and spectacular service! read more

Burger is good but small. Sides/fries are extra??? So very expensive for what you get. Hence why it was fairly empty for a Friday night. We will keep searching for a good burger and beer place in Williamsburg. read more

Food was great. Service wasn't too bad, but my bf and I couldn't hear each other bc it was soooo loud where we were seated, next to the bar. Not sure if it's the same way in the rest of the place, but really makes for an awkward meal... read more

We got the crab cake sandwich and the lamb burger and they were great but, my wings that I got naked were burnt BLACK and were $18 for a dozen which is too much in my opinion for burnt wings. Also, the pink lemonade that I got was watered down and tasted like water. The service was mediocre and when I told her about the burnt wings she didn't even say sorry about them, she just looked at them and said "Oh." read more

Service so so, food ok. I do not think anything is fresh except the ouster's. The pizza crust are make somewhere else.

Spent a week in Williamsburg va, saw all the great reviews and thought i try this place out..Had one the many gourmet burgers they had on the menu and the tots..Was not disappointed at all..The manager was very nice and friendly and the service was quick and efficient..Would definitely recommend this place to anyone if going to Williamsburg.. read more
