Got breakfast and majority of our food wasn't cooked all the way. Our eggs were wet and undercooked. hashbrowns were still raw, I had to cook them on the stove in order to eat them. Bengiets were burnt and dry. Overall everything was so bad.

Chicken fried steak. Can you tell I like their macaroni and cheese?

I go to Cracker Barrel a lot. It's easy to do takeout and there are things there that I really like like the chicken and dumplings. Is this five star dining? No. But I do feel like the last year they started to improve. This night I had the chicken fried steak. I actually also went there a few days before and had the shepherds pie. The shepherds pie was really good. The chicken fried steak was OK. But I had a bite of my friend's chicken noodle soup and it was outstanding. If you haven't been in a while, give it another try.

Went today for a late breakfast. Ordered Eggs, Sausage, Beignets, Fried Apples, and Biscuits, the Sausage was over done, but my waiter, Chris, replaced it and it was Delicious, except way too salty. My food came out hot, but took forever to come to me, probably like at least 20-30 minutes. My waiter, Chris, was fabulous! Very attentive and helpful. He apologized for my food taking that long. The dining room was full and they were busy @1:30. I will definitely be back.

We had a short wait to get in so we browsed the store. So many things to see, will definitely come back and visit the store. We walked in to the restaurant portion and it reminded me of a cafeteria, more home style but more like the seating at a food court where they cram as many tables in as possible. The waiter was friendly and personable. I ordered the peach mimosa and it was very good! The iced tea is fresh brewed too and not out of a fountain. The food took its time coming out and was just okay... the food was just warm not hot and overly salted.

Tasted great, but it made me sick afterwards

I am a big fan of Cracker Barrel, especially when on a road trip. I have thoroughly enjoyed meals at Cracker Barrel in many states from Michigan and Wisconsin to Colorado and Arizona. I have to say that this location had the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. They were not that busy, but I am guessing they were understaffed. our waitress (A) was slow in greeting us. She was slow in getting our drink orders. She was slow in getting our drinks out. She was slow in getting our order. She was slow in bringing our food out and she kept us waiting for the bill for about 15 minutes after I asked her for it and I think she was just in the back. my husband's chicken salad was delicious as was my chicken and dumplings. However, I have ordered the chicken and dumplings in many other Cracker Barrel locations and they were delicious but at this location I am positive. They used a broth that had MSG in it. I was violently ill after eating the chicken and dumplings. I will not go back to this location.

Grabbed lunch here on a Sunday and it wasn't crazy busy as I thought. We waited 10 minutes to be seated for a party of five. I feel like all Cracker Barrel's are the same as far as decor and the feel. You have been to one you have been to all of them. The food we ordered came out... I feel like the portions were slightly in the smaller side than the normal when I've been to other locations. Other than that, the service was good and would go again if I were in the area.

They were the best pancakes I've ever had. I want to go back before we leave and try the Churro French toast!!!!

And, my, oh my, as soon as we parked, we saw the line. Thank goodness, these folks were on their game and despite a decently long line to be seated, they were able to get us in pretty quickly and continued to do so with others, throughout our entire visit. This is teamwork at its best - front and back of the house killing it. We ordered brunch cocktails (bloody mary and mimosa), shared one of their seasonal specials (churro french toast) and had entrees (chilaquiles and crispy rellenos & eggs). Yes, before you think it, yes, we ordered way too much food but took some home with us. Service was really great - fast and cooked to order. Our server checked on us often but not so much that we felt rushed (despite seeing all the folks waiting to be seated, lol). It was a great meal that we'd drive back for. Brunch House has a great vibe - a bit of an upscale diner feel with really elevated food. We will def return in the fall and maybe sit outside. Do yourself a favor, add them to your short list.

I have been putting this spot off... pretty much since it opened…read more The name 5280 has just been done to death so it never really stood out as a place that I needed to go and I figured it was a gimmick. This compared to some unfavorable reviews I read (mostly on delivery apps) made me just not really care. I went here for a work lunch with a friend and man, I really enjoyed it. I ordered the Mile High Smash burger and it was maybe one of the best burgers I have had from a restaurant in a good long time. It was pretty much exactly what I want from a burger. Tender patties with that crisp edge, soft bun, and I love onion straws on a burger. I would get this every time going back and recommend you (the reader of this review) to get it as well. I also got the onion rings and fries. Noticed it was a bit more expensive as a side but went for it anyway. Our server did warn me that it is a VERY large side and being a dumb man I just ordered it anyway. It was way too large of a side. Mainly fries and maybe like 7 onion rings? Let me tell you though, those onion rings were fantastic. They had a nice little zest to them that cemented that I would just order onion rings in the future. Fries were basic and what you might want or expect from a burger place. Pretty sure they make their own ketchup here! Not good or bad but worth mentioning. Finally, I had a 5280 Lager with my meal. It was crisp and easy to drink but nothing more to say besides that. This place is a bit pricey and I normally deduct points when a place doesn't offer burgers with fries as a standard but overall the meal was too good to let that petty stance detract from the experience. There are a couple American eateries in that area and you would be making the best choice if you went here.

Food does take a while so if you're coming for lunch, maybe call and place an order ahead of time. Everything we ordered was so good and each bite was quite flavorful. The tacos seem small but they're quite stuffed so an order is pretty good. The wings were delicious along with the cheese curds. The burger was good but we could probably do without. The fries were really tasty and crunchy. Overall, it's another taco spot we're adding to our rotation.

The guacamole was good. Their homemade refried beans were the highlight, definitely not the canned stuff. My fiancé was craving takeout Mexican food (not Chipotle) and this hit the spot for him. He loved the chili cheese fries and the smothered asada burrito especially. It's obviously a different category than a sit-down spot like Alma Fonda Fina, but for takeout, this is genuinely good. Solid flavor and good portions for the price. Worth trying, especially if you're in the mood for the real deal over a chain!
