I noticed a few ads for their special burger, the Chili Cheeseburger ("smashed patty topped with all beef chili, American cheese, onion, pickles and jalapeños"), and I was immediately on board. I love smashed patty hamburgers and I really love chili, so it was a no brainer. After placing an order on their self-serve kiosk, I sat down and waited for my food. It took about 10 minutes but it was definitely worth the wait. This is one terrific burger. It's got that irresistible smashed-patty texture, and the chili is definitely above average. I was worried that the whole meat on meat thing would result in a concoction that was too rich, but the onion, pickles, and jalapeño proved a perfect counterbalance. I kind of wish I'd tried the fries, but no matter. Now I have a new eatery whenever I'm in the Yonge/Bloor area.

I have mixed feelings about the bathroom setup. Yes, it is clean and there were a few toilet rooms available, but it requires a code to be entered prior to using. The door screen shows as vacant but an employee still needs to give out the 4 digit code needed to access the toilets. I also found some issues with the water faucet sensors. It is inconsistently picking up my gestures resulting in an unreliable and unsteady flow of running water when I was washing my hands.
