We visited this seafood boil restaurant for a close friend's birthday celebration, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. They offer all you can eat options, the restaurant was very busy, and there was a bit of a wait. Once seated, we were placed at a table in the middle of the restaurant that was uneven and had to be adjusted multiple times because it kept wobbling. The menus we received were extremely worn, making many of the items hard to read. We requested replacement menus, but the new ones were in similar condition. Our server seemed impatient when answering questions about the menu. Friend asked if she could substitute an item because she has a crab allergy. Waiter told us no substitutions were allowed. After explaining that the request was due to an allergy, the response was essentially, "Then maybe don't order that." Rude & unprofessional. When our food arrived, the portions were nice, but the overall quality was underwhelming. We all ordered different sauces, yet they all tasted exactly the same, just pure garlic. The biggest issue was the service. After our food was delivered, we rarely saw our server again. She was more attentive to other tables, our table received no follow up after food arrived me needed more lemons salt and pepper. Birthday girl received a sweet treat, complimentary. That was nice BUT they were cold and hard as a rock. They remained untouched. Considering the cost, it wasn't worth it. The poor service, menu issues, and disappointing food? we won't be returning. Next time, we'll be sticking with our usual seafood spot.

If you are looking for All You Can Eat seafood boil, this is the place! It is served family style, you choose the options. A bag of snow crackers are included in the first order if you choose it with no up charge! They have different flavors and in my humble opinion, the sauces here taste better than most boil restaurant. Their alcoholic drinks are affordable and delicious, along with flavored fires and appetizers. The service is awesome as well. Their drinks are self-served and the restrooms are clean.

Eat all you can seafood and sides. Problem during our dinner (family of 15+) -- they always shortchange what we order. It's either there's not enough crab legs or entirely no sausages (and when we tell them it's missing -- we really don't get anything at all). You order the sides -- something is always missing!!! We ordered rice -- they provided towards the last 15minutes of the meal even if we asked it upon ordering our first bags. Service was generally slow (took way loooong before getting started). They were busy, most servers were nice, but some were just annoyed we keep saying we were missing something from the order. Not the best spot to be honest.

I've been to the one in Vegas. So thought we'd try one closer to home in Carson. Service was good. Wait staff was friendly. Didn't do much checking up on us though. Ran out of water pretty quickly at the table and it was not refilled the entire time we were eating. The main difference that I didn't like about this location vs the Vegas location, everyone shared the same bag of food. So couldn't get it the way I wanted. Had to get the Assassin level of spicy on the side. Which I was charged an additional $3 for. My friend wanted spicy, and again had to pay an additional $3 for. So an additional $6 because 2 of our group if 4 can't handle too much spice; so we had to order mild. Seems like they nickel and dime you at the Carson location; whereas the Vegas location, each person got their own bag the way they want it for the same price. $39.99 for all you can eat seafood boils not bad though. And the food was good. It was pretty loud in there. We couldn't really talk too much because of the noise level. Not just with the other patrons in the establishment but also the music playing. At one point, the noise level actually started to give me a headache. Would probably go back again, but wouldn't pay extra for the additional sauce.

This place has been on my list but haven't had a chance to try until now. We got the Castaway Combo, and added quail eggs and extra corn and got the OG Crab n Spice sauce in medium heat. This was actually pretty decent heat, just the extra sauce at the bottom so mix it up pretty well before you put it in the pan. Overall the shrimp was nice and jumbo, the mussels were good and so was the snow crab. Everything was tasty! This along with the Cajun Fries, asked for the aloi on the side, plus the green beans was perfect for 3 people, and we had left overs. My mom doesn't really wat crab so she enjoyed the fries and loved the green beans! It's a must order if you go. The service was good, everyone was nice and attentive. The place def had a crab shack vibe. Overall it's a decent place to get lunch. We spent about $129 for thedr 3 items, plus add on. Not including tip. The all you can eat might be worth it for some. But, not for us. But this was already a lot of food.

Small Parking lot, Huge open space seating. It is a very cozy and welcoming ambiance. The waiter was very patient with us asking a lot of questions & indecisive because it was out first time there. It is all you can eat for $39.99/adult & $17.99/kids - however $$$ add up with drinks, add-ons, etc. Great tasting seafood though!! Highly recommend and will be going back - if & when I am in Carson! :)

All you can Shrimp Black mussels Crab legs Corn Sausage potatoes Quail eggs

Food was bomb they hooked it up! The place was chill and clean! Service was great through out the meal Def enjoyed our time here

Visited a friend in the area and this was our last stop such a great choice! We came around 6 PM on a Tuesday and hit the perfect time for unlimited shrimp, crab, clams, corn, and more. Everything was fresh and packed with flavor. Gio was our server and he was awesome. Super friendly and attentive the whole time. Service was 10/10! Loved the Hawaiian-style decor too, it totally fits the chill, beachy vibe. Plenty of free parking, which is always a plus. Great spot to end the night with good food and good company.

The food was good side note mix the bag before you pour it out so the flavors an sauce gets all over the seafood. This was my first time and the waitress didn't explain it. Now it's a good value for what it is. I feel what I was disappointed was their are a good amount of waitress but mine did not service us adequately. Second the tables are smooched together you are packed to close for comfort for me. Getting up to refill your own drinks and use restroom is such a tight fit. And lastly we ordered their poor excuse of beignets. Just thinking about them makes me want to gag. They oil they fry them in are so old it tasted like a fried croissant from pillsbury with powered sugar .. HARD PASS. But like I say give it a try and you decide.

We like to come after work and it's not packed so we tend to beat the crowd. The boil is amazing and the service is good. We love ordering the all you can eat which allows our group to have a variety each time. Haven't made it for live crawfish season yet but we will definitely be back to try it out.

this girl made us wait 15 minutes for a table that was already empty. as soon as we got there she said in a not so nice tone of voice did you have a reservation we said no and she said you need to put in a reservation. When we asked for a booth she told us no it's already taken even though we were the only ones waiting and nobody else was put at that table. She then spoke about us to her coworkers on their walkie cause they all looked directly at our table and we weren't being checked on normally if we were fine or needed anything the other times we have been here. All my times that I've been here it's never been an issue besides that one time. Food was good like usual but we were skimped out on the shrimp this time around. Inside looks really good and clean.

Snow crab 1 included 1 cost extra (2) shrimp, crawfish, sausages, corn (2)

Since it's not one of the big chains, we didn't know what to expect. It was AWESOME. The spice mixes here are better than we've had at other places we like and go pretty frequently. And the service was great. The only downside - which had nothing to do with the restaurant - was that one of the other businesses next door was using some kind of power tool for part of our visit. The sauce in the bag felt a bit... watered down like it went for a swim before meeting the seafood. For a party of four, we ordered: SHRIMP LOVER COMBO, LOBSTER ROLL, SIDE OF RICE, BASKET OF SEASONED FRIES, AND MAD DOG XXX SAUCE on the side. Portion-wise, we left comfortably full and only slightly questioning our life choices. The Shrimp Lover Combo can't be modified. We chose Stinkin' Special and Spicy, which came with a plastic glove so you can dig in like a civilized gremlin. The Stinkin' Special was a generous blasts of Old Bay and enough garlic to ward off vampires. The Mad Dog sauce wasn't shock-your-soul spicy, but it definitely lingered. I was still feeling its friendly burn hours later and well into the evening. The LOBSTER ROLLL was tasty but fleeting. It's one of those dishes that makes you realize the meal is almost over right when you're hitting peak satisfaction. A little emotional damage there. We wrapped it all up with deep-fried Oreos and ice cream, which was an instant win. Sweet, cooling relief after all that heat. Bon Chance et Prospérité!!! Ragin' Cajun looks as though it were plucked right out of the Bayou Tèche in Southern Louisiana. I could be somewhere on a back road near Saint Martinville. The owner was in her Mardi Gras best in shades of purple, gold, and green on this Tuesday the day before Ash Wednesday. Parking lot has over grown plantings that also feels Southern. Kinda charmingly ramshackled, self consciously kitschy to perhaps reference itself to the rightfully proud "Coonass" culture. 1) Cajun Fried Chicken: "Perfectly seasoned and cooked with our own secret spices." Very delicately seasoned unlike the bold flavors of Cajun spice mix added in when I ate fried chix near West Feliciana Parish, LA. But the buttermilk marinade made the meat soft, moist except the breast which in most cases is almost always drier. The thigh has a combination of lush fat & plush, Jidori-like meat that was impressive. I wish I could only order the thighs. However, the menu says "no substitutions" which I respect. Sides: a) Delightful Hush Puppies like buttermilk donut holes except pleasantly extra crispy almost crunchy on the outside and cakey inside when hot from the frier. Almost subliminal chicken fat flavour as though it were fried in the same oil to fry chicken. b) Corn Bread is moist, dense, cakey. Probably has a bit of wheat flour, and not the crumbly pure corn meal type. 2) Crawfish Étouffée Combo: a) Crawfish Étouffée has a great buttery, suave, smooth roux with subtle Cajun Mirepoix contrasting well with the chewy Crawfish tails. Of the 3, the Étouffée was the most sophisticated. b) Gumbalaya with the same dry, shredded fibrous breast meat absorbing Gumbo soup which had very little Umami. A dash of Cajun Power Lightin' Strikes with a sharp gastrique pepped up the Gumbo enough. c) Red Beans & Rice with that earthy legume scent & rather bland yet porky Sausage was good. When the Cajun Power Garlic sauce was judiciously applied, it kicked this dish up a notch. All the above was served with very soft, well sauced rice. 3) Butter Cake: Heated, soft, gooey, mushy w/ nice light, toasty caramel taste, soothingly butter scented, rounded flavours. Dollop of good dairy scented vanilla ice cream, and drizzling of fruity strawberry sauce. Perfect for those with a major sweet tooth. 1-3a) Iced Tea and lots of it to slake the thirst after 1 1/2 hours of driving to Redondo Beach and to clear my palate during a massive meal of which I am not complaining. MJ née Australia was friendly and convivial, and conveyed a warm "Laissez les bons temp rouler." It's a little piece of Lafayette in Redondo Beach. 3+/4- stars
