I called every phone number I was given and could find for CC (including the other location) and no one answered. I finally decided to leave a note and go home. I took off work today to take this course as I needed it to renew my profesional license. I see another customer had a similar issue a month ago. I find it unbelievable that this company has only 5 star reviews. In any case, we'll be opening fraud charges with our credit card company immediately.

I had to complete the online portion 3 times because the website would not save my progress or print me the completion certificate required for attending the in class session. I showed up for the in person session 3 minutes past the deadline mostly because I had to navigate a super confusing parking structure and building with no directions provided. I had to ask 2 strangers for directions to help me find the classroom. The instructor was very curt and refused to allow me to take the class. When I insisted on discussing the situation, he tried to shut the door in my face. I asked to either be allowed to take the class or be provided a refund and was refused both. He was rude and unprofessional, called me "Karen" for standing up for myself and called the police to have me removed from the class I paid 75 to take. After leaving the class, I reached out to management via phone to request a refund. They hung up on me, told me a have the wrong number, that I called the wrong company, but refused to provide me with the correct number to call. Overall, extremely negative experience and a total waste of time and money.

Dante asked if I would be willing to change my class time from 1030 to 1800 with not explanation. I agreed to change the time and was thanked for being "flexible" and continued on with my day. The following morning (day of class) and 15 mins prior to my original class sign up time I was contacted again with the staff member stating that they "misread" that I had signed up for a Boulder class and wanted to move not just the time but the location from Boulder to Greeley. Which is located 2 and 1/2 hours away from me. after stating that it's seemingly turned into a mess the staff member proceeded to argue with me through text about how I am "clearly not flexible" insinuating that I've some how inconvenienced them? I wish I could upload screen shoots of this text message conversation because the lack of professionalism was wild. Here we are now few days past a month and multiple attempts to reach any staff member about a refund and there has been no engagement. So be fore warned when doing any business with this company. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

And, you'll receive instructions within a day that tells you how to download and/or print your certificate. They're valid for two years. The location is easy to find, and there is a dedicated (free) parking lot with overfill parking nearby.
