Our son started in the infant room when he was just 16 weeks old, and it's been amazing to watch him grow and thrive. The staff creates a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where our kids are excited to go each morning. I'm currently in the process of a job-related move, so I've recently been exploring other Primrose schools as well as various types of early childhood education institutions. From my searches, I haven't been able to find another school that takes a holistic approach to programming while fully engaging the child and providing support and flexibility for parents. I love the themed days the school hosts during various holidays. I enjoy the Spring Fling, the opportunity to take pictures with Santa, the pancake breakfast, and other activities such as the kid-friendly Halloween Trunk-or-Treat event. All the staff have been incredibly kind and supportive of my family. This school is wholly dedicated to the family unit. I have consistently been pleased with the support they've provided us and am thankful for the accommodations! I highly recommend Primrose School at Reunion. You won't find a better school for your child's development, growth, and the support you need as a parent.

We started swimming here when Tristan was 4 months old at their free mommy and me intro classes. Which of course we highly recommend! Miss Stacy has an amazing program that helps get moms, dads and babies ready and comfortable in the water. The price point per lesson is a bit high but no more than market standards as we have noticed. But the cost is truly worth it once you see your little ones start to swim and love the water. I would have loved to give a 5 star review but honestly had to hold back. I felt like when our teacher was out due to vacation, illness, etc we were very well accommodated but felt the lesson was sometimes a lost lesson because the sub wasn't always on the same page as our son. Yes be still was able to swim for the day or week as scheduled so his skills were touched on but each teacher had a different way with their own lessons and sometimes we felt this would have been easier to make up our lesson with our regular teacher who knew the skill set and advancement or challenges of our child. Overall a wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back after a short break

First of all, I called to enquire about music lessons 4 months ago and finally, they called me back one month ago! I believed that I had set up 3 trial voice lessons for my daughter starting today, dates booked in, teacher info received - they took my credit card details, the dates and times were confirmed over the phone, and I put them in my diary. Today we showed up and there was no lesson - the answer? 'Oh, I'm sorry, we're very backed up, you're one of the new people aren't you'. 'Oh, I see you here in the folder that I haven't got to you yet (4 weeks later) and we've given your slot away to someone else'. This is on top of the enquiry I made about cello lessons for my son. That enquiry took 3 weeks to respond to. They left me a voicemail, I got back immediately and left them a voicemail then....nothing, another 2 weeks to get a response from that call. After a couple of mumbled apologies today, I left furious having taken time out of my day to get my daughter there on time for something that was confirmed one month ago. This business doesn't deserve any success, if you can even call it a business.
