This review is for both the Marriott and Renaissance location. Personally, I think the Marriott…read more pool area is more aesthetically pleasing but both pool areas are very nice. You just have to find the location that is closest to you but both are relatively close to each other. Great Schools! Swim instructors seems to enjoy their jobs which is important. There is someone always onsite at the pool to answer all of your questions. This company is very flexible. They are always willing to work with customers to meet our individual needs and to work around our schedules. Their forms of communication are through the parent portal, email, text messaging and telephone. My suggestions for improvement is for them to have a formal meeting with all new families to address policy issues such as payment schedules and deadlines, procedures for adding and dropping classes and makeups. I also think it would be beneficial to have a very simple skills chart on the parent portal indicating which skills the student has mastered and which skills still need to be acquired. Such a chart would help parents and substitute instructors to better understand which specific skills, within the entire skill set, the student needs to master to get to the next level class. I would highly recommend British Swim Renaissance and Marriott to anyone.

I can't sing enough praises about this place. When another popular swim school couldn't accommodate…read moremy every other week custody schedule, Colorado Swim School was willing to work with me. This got us in the door. What kept us is the PHENOMENAL staff. They have swim coaches for all different type of swimmers. They incorporate fun in their lessons which keep the kids wanting to come back. I made the huge mistake of thinking it would be good to diversify my 3 year olds experience with a different coach after 7 months of lessons. When he freaked out, they were supportive of our needs and worked with him to enjoy getting in the pool again. I'm so grateful! I should also mention their facilities which are always clean. The pool truly is heated. When I first joined I was annoyed at their makeup policy but have come to not mind it so much. Makeups can only be scheduled 3 days in advance but surprisingly that's not proven to be an issue. Only an asset as I havn't lost money by needing to cancel. Shout out to Kim, Lexi, Mandi, Ashley, Carly and Teddie! Y'all are especially awesome.

First and foremost, they need to hire individuals who can handle and work with children. Most…read moreinstructors have very little patience and use near forceful handling. I had to address this a few times. My child had been in the class just a few sessions and was following directions, but apparently it wasn't good enough for the instructor. Parents - stay aware and vigilant when your child is in the hands of others. We also spent thousands on them keeping our children at nearly the same level with little advancement. Fast forward and they are making strides at a new swim school for far less money and with instructors who care.

Broomfield is lucky to have an affordable rec center with a lot of amenities!…read more Pool, strength/weight area, reformer pilates room, aerobics and yoga rooms, walking track, children's play area, basketball, gymnastics... I would give 5 stars, but on occasion, the weight room is very warm (thanks to the large windows that face the mountains).

Today Nazi said they don't (who is she to say?) and charged me for a non-resident fee for them ...without saying that's what she was doing. I have paid Broomfield over $5,000 over the years to be a member, continuing to pay all thru Covid to be supportive without the benefit of being able to use the centers, and this is who greets you at the desk and decides your status. The b-rex online registrations are always!!!! horrible! Let's start with connection. I am sitting IN one of the rec centers right now, so they cannot blame this on my wifi. The sites are slow and not well designed, both of which lend themselves to their dropping you mid-attempt to register. Pointlessly very frustrating to have to start again three times before getting all the way through. The Bay and the rest of the Broomfield rec centers are not connected City entities?! What?! The equipment and pools are good. I especially appreciate the choice of water temps, and the first class lap pools at the BCC.

They have 9 pickleball courts on the roof, which is awesome in theory. The catch: it gets pretty windy up there, so realistically only about 2 of the courts (indoors) get used regularly, which makes reservations tough to snag. Open play is a lot of fun though, so if you can get in, it's a great time. One honest gripe: It feels like they turn the AC to the lowest setting and it gets quite hot when you work out. Sometimes it feels even cooler outside than it is in the gym. You'd think this gym would be well air conditioned. Other than that, it's a clean, well-run gym. Recommend, especially if you're into pickleball!

We have been long-term Life Time members, and the condition of the outdoor pool at Flatirons this…read moresummer has been incredibly disappointing. The pool itself is consistently dirty--dead bugs, leaves, dirt, and even trash in the water. There is regularly a visible sheen of sunscreen and grime collected around the edge of the pool, which is absolutely disgusting. The pool deck isn't much better, with trash left around and even chewed-up gum on the ground. On top of that, the wasp problem is out of control. There are so many wasps around the pool that people are getting stung, and the apparent solution is to have pool deck employees walk around with cans of Raid spraying them. That is not an appropriate or reassuring solution for a family pool area where people are walking around barefoot and children are playing. At the beginning of the summer, I assumed we had just caught the pool on a bad day. After seeing the same conditions repeatedly all summer, it's clear this isn't a fluke--it seems to be the standard state of the pool area. For the membership prices Life Time charges, members should absolutely be able to expect a clean, sanitary, and properly maintained pool and deck. As long-term members, we expect significantly better and are genuinely disgusted and disappointed by the way this area is being maintained.

The last time I came here was over 10 years ago and it is completely revamped. Karyn and Kim were super helpful in getting me started on how the membership works and allowing me to walk around to check out the space before deciding to sign up for the membership. Luckily I'm a resident of Westminster and was able to sign up with a resident discount. The 25 yard lap pool is nice and clean, there is a small diving area and a play pool. The locker rooms are clean and you can rent a locker for free with a collateral like a car key or ID in exchange for a key to a random locker. The showers are equipped with liquid soap, and the bathrooms are clean. We tried the steam room, didn't get a chance to do the hot tub and the sauna yet but those all looked great too. You can get a punch card at a discount if you're not sure membership is the way to go to try them out. There is a small gym area for weights and cardio machines. They offer classes too so check them out online through the Westminster Activities Book. Really glad that we joined the membership - we now have access to all the Westminster Rec Centers.
