It's a challenge to try and speak to her because she doesn't explain information very accurately and then gets impatient on top of having a nasty attitude when she responds. Plenty of us witnessed a foreign student trying to speak to her and Paige completely shut her down and made her cry. Says a lot about the school for keeping her after so many negative complaints and concerns. Complete dissatisfaction and disappointment to say the least.

I was chastised by her and asked if in the future, I could "compose a more formally-written email, especially given that we have not met." Lol. Ahhh, the irony. I am a 46 year-old with a Master's degree in English, who used to teach college. I do NOT need to be shamed or condescended to about the composition structure of my emails. I also don't think that is a great way to recruit students. I actually almost died several months ago from living in black mold, so I am struggling with chronic health & neurocognitive issues. I am tired & don't feel well. And I am tired of trying to reach a damn human being at these colleges, It's a mess. So, Ms. Hunnell, I hope that makes you feel better, acting like a miserable twa* to total strangers! :)

It's been over a year but I was able to get a CNA license from Ann Rose. For me it was an update…read moresince I let my license lapse. Also I was renewing as a personal caregiver and not working in a hospital or care center. I am so grateful for all of the support and encouragement. Things had changed since I last had my license. It was so much easier for me to get in a place with a small group, the one on one attention I received. Also the availability of classes I was able to choose from worked with my family. All of the staff were so helpful and kind. I truly appreciate that and I have recommended them to many different people. Others in my class had already secured a position prior to completing their training. I was able to start in my position days after my testing was complete. Not only do I have my CNA but I am also CPR CERTIFIED.

I am currently taking an extremely difficult class that has absolutely no tutoring available…read moreanywhere in the state. In fact, even my previous instructor only began doing weekly WebEx because 85% of the class complained every week. The only reason I even re-applied for classes this month was to avoid being out of school. I am actively looking to transfer to an institution that will take DeVry credits, but even that has proven hard. If you really have to learn through DeVry then ok, but if you have multiple choices. I would check them out first and avoid the hassle of this seemingly diminishing institute.

What a waste of my time!!…read more Here's the long story, in January 2025 I went in to talk about the X-ray tech training because I saw the advertisement outside the building. I talked to the advisor about the program and was told the next opening doesn't start until January 2026. I thought that's a long ways away but was told that will give me plenty of time to get ready, ok fine. A month later I had to take a test on the computer (I forgot the name of it) to get a good enough score. I got a 23 first time and then was told I should do it again so I had to come back a week later and I got a 25.I was told I got a good enough score and should be fine. A couple months later I went back in to see my advisor if I'm on the right track, at this point, I was now told the X-ray program won't start until March 11th, 2026. I thought that would've been nice to been told that sooner but whatever. So the next step was a face to face interview with the X-ray tech "head-lead" person. I had the interview on October 31, 2025 and I thought the interview went well. I was specifically told that I would know if I got in the program or not and that she would email me by the end of the first week of December, great. The end of the first week of December comes and no response, I wait another week, no response. I emailed my advisor, who in the past would get back to me in a timely matter, about whether I got in the program or not, no response!! I never heard back from this place. It's honestly so bizarre and I'm counting my blessings that I didn't just pay them $55,000. What gets me mad is the fact that I wasted a year dealing with this place and not doing something else that values my time. I knew the ratings for this place were bad, but I'm the type who still likes to see because maybe it's not as bad as people say. Well sadly it's true for me.

I've been to many different institutes of higher learning and this is the only one I've dealt with…read morethat gave me as many problems as it has. I managed to flunk out of the 2nd semester of my program which requires picking up the program in May 2026. So keep in mind this is a four month period. By the middle of it, I applied for "re enrollment" and was told that a committee would be meeting on April 23 to review my application. Turns out they had "approved" this much sooner. When I received the call I was "re-enrolled" I asked if I needed to handle any taxes or related information prior to coming in for a scheduled appointment and was told that everything would be taken care of by the meeting time. Turns out revealing my 2024 taxes had not been squared away at this point was a major obstacle and we needed to reschedule. Since then I had several telephone correspondences with the Financial Aid reps and was told various different things and suggestions. My 2025 taxes returns were mentioned as helping to get the funding I need to start. Another was that a "financial coordinator" would work out some monthly payment plan agreement. Neither of these things apparently helped my situation. Given that the 2024 taxes processing takes several weeks to months if you do a mail in (which online tax filing indicated was the only option) I wouldn't have FASFA until early July 2026. In other words despite having two months time to get back into the program and have what I needed accounted for, it took as long for me to find out what I already knew was going to happen: sorry but you should have had all these bs things done and over with, you need a co-signer we already know you don't have, tough shit. But you can wait till the beginning of the new year to start up again!

This school is a joke I've been back and forth for a year trying to get my degree from them, first…read morethey said my degree application was incorrect then my class was never entered into their grading system so when I reapplied I was still denied then when I rounded up the paper work I luckily still had to prove I was in the class they weren't able to enter into the system because apparently I had never even been signed up for the class yet I went every single day for two damn semesters. And now they're trying to bill a second time!!!! I payed my tuition and all other fees at the beginning of the year I should not have gotten a bill. If I was never registered for the class then why would I have been on the attendance list? Absolutely stupid I cannot believe the staff and how they still have a job fucking ridiculous.
