They are in a new location. They moved a month or so ago…read more Someone noted that they were not wheelchair accessible however that is no longer the case. You go right into building. There are not multiple levels anymore. The class room is on the left or sometimes outside if its nice enough and the office is on the left. Prices are fair and affordable. If you look around some other companies charge a lot more $$. I have done several certifications with this company in 2020 I did wilderness first aid for the first time with them. They were improvising like everyone else and the majority of the class was virtual except the skills portion which i had to wait several months to get to do as that had to be in person and there were so many rules, as we all know. The 2020 training was with Vince. He was very thorough and knowledagable. My scouts did some babysitting and First aid classes through this company as well in 2020 or 2021, I dont remember exact timing. This weekend I went and did my wilderness first aid recertification and also CPR recertification. This time class was with John. He was also still very knowledgable and thorough and threw in a couple of jokes once in awhile. Definitely recommend these guys for your certification needs. I will be back in a couple of years when my certs expire. Thanks for another great experience!

The second time, I rescheduled but it was a joke to even get them to email back. They said we "added you to the class" but I never got the online portion. They said reach out to the Director of Operations but she cant return an email and doesn't do what she says she will. Pick another place to take you class

I would give zero stars but it's unfortunately not an option…read more I signed up for a class in Boulder and was shortly there after contacted by a staff member by the name of Dante. Dante asked if I would be willing to change my class time from 1030 to 1800 with not explanation. I agreed to change the time and was thanked for being "flexible" and continued on with my day. The following morning (day of class) and 15 mins prior to my original class sign up time I was contacted again with the staff member stating that they "misread" that I had signed up for a Boulder class and wanted to move not just the time but the location from Boulder to Greeley. Which is located 2 and 1/2 hours away from me. after stating that it's seemingly turned into a mess the staff member proceeded to argue with me through text about how I am "clearly not flexible" insinuating that I've some how inconvenienced them? I wish I could upload screen shoots of this text message conversation because the lack of professionalism was wild. Here we are now few days past a month and multiple attempts to reach any staff member about a refund and there has been no engagement. So be fore warned when doing any business with this company. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I had the best thorough and practical class ever. Dante is such a welcoming and kind person and this is my new, to go, place for all my training.

Next Step is awesome! I needed to get trained ASAP for my job, and I was completely panicked. I…read moregoogled CPR training near Thornton, and they popped up so I just happened to give them a call. Not only were they really helpful, but I discovered that Tim (the owner, I assume) does in-home one-on-one classes. It cost me I think $70 for him to come to my house and train me in adult and child CPR/AED and first aid. It would have cost me $80 to go to American Red Cross in a big group class that lasted 7 hours! They booked me right away, I ended up getting my training done two days later. I really appreciated it. I was nervous about someone coming to my house, but Tim made me feel very comfortable. He liked my dog, which was cool, and showed me just enough to help me feel ready for the exam (which was impromptu and not stressful at all) but not so much to confuse me. He let me ask as many questions as I wanted, and offered really interesting facts and details from his experiences rescuing people from the woods. I've never done a CPR training that was fun! If you are needing to get trained because your job requires it, I would say do the in-home training with Tim. It's at your convenience, and he's really wonderful, knows his stuff, and makes it as painless as possible. My ONLY complaint is that I really needed a certificate or card right away, something that says I did the training, so I could go to work that Monday. While Tim promised me I would have the note from him the same day (although not the card), I had to call and ask for it a week later, after waiting for it. We had the same issue with the paypal invoice- I wanted to make sure I had it and paid him before he arrived, but unfortunately he wasn't able to get it to me when he said he would. It's not a huge deal, and has very little to do with the actual service provided, I just think Tim is a busy person and isn't always able to get on the computer.
