No problem? Saturday class? Yep, we got ya. Chloe, our instructor was great (even despite having a hoarse voice). She offered a lot of explanation and made the videos more interesting, pointing out relevant details and information. Incredibly easy process. Very friendly staff. Beautiful location! My boyfriend and I decided to take a CPR class here. We learned so much in just…read moreone day. We took a tour of the first responders area and were given the chance to ask any questions we had. We learned CPR and other first aid tips but my favorite was the AED lesson. I spent a few months doing my online portion as I finished high school and did the skills training in the summer. It was a very painless and smooth experience that didn't feel like a drag at all. I want to share the very negative experience i had with this provider. I signed up for a blended…read moreonline and in person cpr class. I had to complete the online portion 3 times because the website would not save my progress or print me the completion certificate required for attending the in class session. I showed up for the in person session 3 minutes past the deadline mostly because I had to navigate a super confusing parking structure and building with no directions provided. I had to ask 2 strangers for directions to help me find the classroom. The instructor was very curt and refused to allow me to take the class. When I insisted on discussing the situation, he tried to shut the door in my face. I asked to either be allowed to take the class or be provided a refund and was refused both. He was rude and unprofessional, called me "Karen" for standing up for myself and called the police to have me removed from the class I paid 75 to take. After leaving the class, I reached out to management via phone to request a refund. They hung up on me, told me a have the wrong number, that I called the wrong company, but refused to provide me with the correct number to call. Overall, extremely negative experience and a total waste of time and money.
