The program is easy and flexible, which is perfect for people like me who have kids and don't always have time to attend long in-person classes. I was able to complete my training through Menicar and the online class option, and it was both fast and very informative. A special thank you to Rob -- he is very responsible, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to help customers. He makes the process smooth and supportive, which really sets this program apart. This type of education is so helpful for the community. Instead of waiting one or two months to get into a class, Colorado Cardiac CPR makes it quick, convenient, and high quality. There are not multiple levels anymore. The class room is on the left or sometimes outside if its nice enough and the office is on the left. Prices are fair and affordable. If you look around some other companies charge a lot more $$. I have done several certifications with this company in 2020 I did wilderness first aid for the first time with them. They were improvising like everyone else and the majority of the class was virtual except the skills portion which i had to wait several months to get to do as that had to be in person and there were so many rules, as we all know. The 2020 training was with Vince. He was very thorough and knowledagable. My scouts did some babysitting and First aid classes through this company as well in 2020 or 2021, I dont remember exact timing. This weekend I went and did my wilderness first aid recertification and also CPR recertification. This time class was with John. He was also still very knowledgable and thorough and threw in a couple of jokes once in awhile. Definitely recommend these guys for your certification needs. I paid for a BLS class that was supposed to take place this morning at 10am. I arrived at the class…read more10 min early as per Cool Compressions reminder email and when I arrived the door was locked. I tried the door at 10am and once more at 10:15. Still nothing. I called every phone number I was given and could find for CC (including the other location) and no one answered. I finally decided to leave a note and go home. I took off work today to take this course as I needed it to renew my profesional license. I see another customer had a similar issue a month ago. I find it unbelievable that this company has only 5 star reviews. In any case, we'll be opening fraud charges with our credit card company immediately.
