I had a long conversation with Philip Fancher about my goals, availability and needs which were fairly straightforward. A window for time on Wednesday and full flexibility on Saturdays over the next 6 weeks. I was assured that I would be paired with someone who could accommodate and was highly rated. So the first person I was paired with didn't even come close to being able to accommodate my Wednesday schedule. They assured me they would get this resolved. When I was paired with someone new, our initial conversation was 20min of him gloating about how well educated he was and that he could do this no problem and continued to talk at me before ever asking me how he could help or what I'd want to get out of this relationship. But I figured I'd still try to give it a shot. When he asked for my materials and I sent it, his email did not download the entirety of the message for some reason and instead of responding to the email to find a resolution, I was texted and then called and actually yelled at for not knowing how to follow instructions. This gem of a human's name is Nosa Omoregie and I promise you, if you go with this company after all this, do yourself a favor and try to avoid this individual as he lacks common decency, patience and comes with a serious anger problem. When I explained the issue in an email to Phillip and asked for a refund (which according to terms and conditions I have 30 days to do), I have yet to receive a response. I spoke with the live chat person earlier today and apparently I have an account manager that I was none made aware of and was told she would reach out. Still nothing! Not only has this been the WORST customer service experience, I'm also $1,200 in the hole for something that may never be refunded. I have submitted a credit card dispute so hopefully that works! If not, small claims court, here we come.

All the tutors consistently completed the problems quickly without explaining their process or checking for her understanding. She did not learn anything and frequently ended up more frustrated. Many of the tutors scheduled sessions for times she did not put in her schedule as well. All these factors added up to a very unpleasant experience.
