His wife teaches First Responder and I will consider signing up for that. The price is very reasonable. And, you'll receive instructions within a day that tells you how to download and/or print your certificate. They're valid for two years. The location is easy to find, and there is a dedicated (free) parking lot with overfill parking nearby. 'Oh, I see you here in the folder that I haven't got to you yet (4 weeks later) and we've given your slot away to someone else'. This is on top of the enquiry I made about cello lessons for my son. That enquiry took 3 weeks to respond to. They left me a voicemail, I got back immediately and left them a voicemail then....nothing, another 2 weeks to get a response from that call. After a couple of mumbled apologies today, I left furious having taken time out of my day to get my daughter there on time for something that was confirmed one month ago. This business doesn't deserve any success, if you can even call it a business.
