AND I have learned quite a lot. Community college is community college. You maybe won't get the fanciest education, but you'll learn some new skills and meet some nice people. Sure, some of the instructors are terrible, but they don't last long. Most of the instructors are quite good. And, more importantly, you can do it affordably. I have really enjoyed my last two years working through two certificate programs, and I was able to finish without any debt. I'm now transitioning into a new career that I would not have achieved without CCCS, and that's pretty great.

During my externship, I felt unsupported and was placed in an environment where expectations were unclear and guidance was minimal. As a first-time student in that setting, I was doing my best to learn, but the approach taken by my coordinator made the experience unnecessarily stressful instead of educational. In addition, I experienced significant issues with the financial aid department. I went through multiple financial counselors, which led to confusion and a lack of clear communication about my financial responsibilities. Years later, I was contacted regarding a balance I was not previously made aware of, which raised serious concerns for me about transparency. While some instructors did seem to care about student success, the overall structure and communication within the school made it difficult to feel supported or confident in the process. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective students to ask detailed questions about externship expectations and financial aid before enrolling, and to carefully review all documentation. I personally would not recommend this school due to the lack of consistency, communication, and clarity I experienced.

I had no desire to learn radiology or massage therapy. They were literally giving us 4 years worth of information in less than 2 months and that's what one of the teachers told us. They guaranteed job placement and that wasn't happening, and I felt even if I had gotten my associates degree i still wouldn't have had enough knowledge to try and further pursuing a job in that field. I am still in debt with this loan and its not right with all the promises they make and don't follow through.

The quality of the instructor was, I wouldn't say poor, but I can't exactly say good. The quality of the administration was passable. But, if I had to do it over again, I would have done more research. I'm looking to get my phlebotomy cert, and the only reason I was considering going back is that I met the phlebotomy instructor once, and he seemed like a really good guy who loved to teach....it probably would be helpful if I could remember his name....does cute, energetic, black guy help at all ;)

Things to Note: 1) Not everyone is Jewish. The core and mission is to promote a Jewish center and inclusive community. But - most are and holidays are observed. 2) Some of the residents are cranky and some are wonderful. 3) Everyone is on the bubble dating app at the Kavod life. It's like dating central during dinner that starts early at like 4pm. 4) Lots of gossip. Come. Hang. Eat.

My sister scheduled her CPR certification class with RESTAT last Thursday for her class to be that…read morefollowing Friday morning. She paid her $60 online, was given directions and class time (8am-11am) online. I drove her over to the classes location, we got there 5 minutes to 8. She gets out, goes to the door, locked. Lights off. No one to be seen inside. We notice another young woman waiting on the sidewalk outside and my sister asked her if she was there for the CPR class, she was. We waited, and waited, and waited. At 8:15, my sister walked to the next business entrance in the same building, and asked the business owner if CPR classes were given there. He explained he had no knowledge of what business was done there and he hadn't seen anyone over there in quite some time. We waited until 8:30, all the while my sister is calling the number on their website over and over, always being sent to a voicemail. She scoured over emails ensuring the time, date, location were correct. I even had her check to make sure it wasn't actually an online class, it wasn't. So, after a half hour I decided to jump on Yelp to see others reviews. More than just a handful of people expressed the SAME.THING.HAPPENED.TO.THEM. Apparently, if the class doesn't fill up, they just don't do the class. Sweet way to get money, I guess. Maybe make that a clause on your website in BIG BOLD RED LETTERS explaining that? Or perhaps contact the enrolled people 12 hrs prior to the class time to explain there will be no class since not enough people signed up? My sister had to call her bank to put a stop payment on her $60 so this "company" wouldn't get her money for services they did not render. Keep away from this "business" at all costs (no pun intended). We felt terrible for the other young lady waiting, she's in nursing school and that Friday was the last day she could get her CPR cert to continue forward in school. Way to screw people. I hope everyone and their grandmother steers clear of this ridiculous excuse for a business. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

I left 2 phone messages and 3 emails and not one was returned. Hoping I get my refund sometime. Don't waste your time. Pick another company.
