I was very impressed with how easy it was to find this class online, how many were offered, how close the location was for me and how quickly I received a response from a question I had prior to registering (within the hour). In less than 48 hours of searching for BLS Training in my zip code, I was certified. Scott, the instructor, made the class engaging and enjoyable - fast paced yet comfortable to ask questions and receive clarification if needed. Be on time, better yet, early - the website specifically says that they will not accept late comers and two were turned away after we began. **The website also clearly states that those that are turned away are welcome to come to the next training.** Guessing the first time you're late will be the last time ;) Effective strategy and good for all of us! read more

Wonderful well informed class. Instructor Pete was very knowledgeable and was very easy to learn from. I would highly recommend their BLS for Providers class. You will not only know BLS but you will also understand why the techniques taught are used. The class was about 60-70 miles from our home but I would travel to take this class once again. read more

Information presented via films then immediate hands on your manikin to repeat what you just saw. Instructor was gentle in his teaching and helpful with great stories in between.
