    I have been the store twice and found the employees to be very helpful and polite and the store clean and bright.

    Ian is the man. I needed full WiFi installation in the new digs and he hooked it up with a next day appointment. Outstanding customer service and fast too. Ian, and a very helpful rep from Hawaii whose name I failed to obtain, had me in and out in less than 15 minutes, and on a Monday morning too. The tech who did the install named Sylvester (not Stallone) was equally impressive. Sylvester showed up early in the 2-hour window, and made sure all my devices were functioning properly before leaving. He even helped me move a giant flatscreen. Sly wore booties all the time, and asked permission before drilling a pencil-sized hole in my garage wall. So there are two takeaways from this review. 1. The T-Mobile WiFi litter box is worthless in much of Henderson, most of West Henderson, and 2. Don't trust the bad reviews on this Cox store. Thanks to Ian, the Hawaiian, and Sylvester, things could not have possibly been better.

    Just tried to cancel or get information about turning in our equipment to Cox due to a military move. Used the cox app to talk to a live person but as soon as they found out I wasn't buying and needed to cancel, they just stopped talking to me. Mentioned they would send me to another person and just left me hanging without ever coming back. What a bunch of douches.

    The only way she can get a new box that actually records is for $40 more!! There is no charge for this box because it doesn't work!!!

    This is for the Tmobile employee Angelica that works at the Tmobile store across from the Aria (…read moreshe said it was on the strip) I acutually met her at the Tmobile store on Lavander lane close to the Trade Joes store at the Summerlin Shopping Center. She was absolutley great and reassuring with my issue. My issue was the billing process and there offices I Had been dealing with since september of last year. It has been an unbelieveable nightmare and as I stated to Angelica if TMobile does not want my business I can take it else where I have 10 telephone lines. She was very receptive to my compalaint that TMOBILE once again did not follow thru on there part to reduce my bill as I has going to cancel 6 of the lines and they freaked out overt the phone. Angelica looked up my account and view the internal notes that were made ( BTY you can not get a copy of or take a picture of the notes) that stated on what needed to be done. They did not do it and were threatening me with suspension. Not only is this for business lines but also my wife having a critical health issuce needs to be able to reach out to me at a moments notice and iI have explained that to them multiple times. Angelica got to custoner service and a gentleman by the name of Jay wa very helpful and understanding in this matter and said he will send a ticket at high priority. He said someone will get back to me with an email or call me in a couple of days so far that has not happened but it is the weekend so i will give it till tuesday. Todays date is April 25 2026. I want to thank angeloca for her effort and concerns and her calm demeanor in attending my concerns. When ever i called the TMOBILE center they would laways create a ticket talk to me send me an email and not fully follow up up. Whem i woudl complain again they would create another ticket, it felt like a 3 ring circus with them evey time. If this happens again i will go to another company they will be glad to have me. I have been with Tmobile for over 8 years and before theat cricket they was with them and before that 5 years tithe t mobile. I look forward to continuing this with updates. Angelica thank you. We were sold a WiFi system that never worked properly and were…read moreexplicitly told by the sales associate that if it didn't work, all we had to do was return it via UPS and we would not be charged. That turned out to be completely untrue. We returned the equipment as instructed and now our bill is completely messed up with charges that never should have existed. On top of that, the entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. The associate talked nonstop, barely let us ask questions, and went on long rants about how he was a shop steward, how terrible AT&T is as a company, and how he's constantly fighting management. If you hate the company that much, why are you representing it to customers? It was bizarre and did not inspire any confidence that we were being given accurate information. Between being misled about returns, incorrect billing, and listening to an employee trash his own employer the entire time, this was one of the strangest and worst retail experiences I've had. Now we're stuck wasting time trying to fix a problem that should never have happened. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store unless you enjoy confusion, misinformation, and billing headaches.
