I thought if I took it somewhere for these issues, I would be told I would need to get a new laptop and microsoft will no longer support or upgrade....then I found Bee Computer Solutions! I feel like I have a new computer. Bob did not try to sell me on how I would need a new computer and that it could be fixed. It only took him a couple days to resolve the issues. I had a bad hard drive that was failing for one thing. He quoted me a price and I left my computer with him. When I went to pick it up, Bob was true to his word and what he quoted me was what I paid which was so very reasonable! I can't thank him enough and I was lucky to find him. Came out to my house and said that the dish could be installed the next day. I tried to set it up…read morewithout giving the social security number. Got a pin number for dish to use. Antenna & Satellite Store called back several hours later saying that they didn't have time to deal with dish. Said dish wanted them to send an email and that they just didn't have time to do that and that they would not do the job.
