We have cameras, wifi, digitally integrated slide shows on our monitors. We are very pleased with his work. He is very punctual and does what he says he will when he says it will be completed. He has also done work on a couple of laptops I had which were not working and now they are back up and running at a fraction of the price I was quoted from other places. Spencer set up the wifi with private and a guest log on so our customers are able to use the Internet while they are in our shop. He has also helped maximize our exposure on the Internet. Verizon in Destin has been the worst experience I have had as a small business customer. The…read morebusiness account manager comes across as childish and extremely lazy, with zero sense of urgency or ownership. Simple requests drag on, calls and emails go unanswered, and any issue that requires effort gets brushed off or pushed back on the customer. From a business-account standpoint, the treatment has felt unfair and flat-out unprofessional. I expect honest communication, follow-through, and at least a basic understanding of what my account needs. Instead, I've gotten attitude and excuses. Verizon's network and products are one thing, but the way this location handles business customers is a serious problem and absolutely not worth the headache.

I do not need 2 more lines but was told if I did that I would save money and the only way to get new phones was to do a 24 month plan and the "Promotion" he told me multiple times (I have witnesses) was for Buy one phone at full price and you get a second phone free. However that was a complete lie and not only am I now paying for 2 additional lines that have never been used, he conned me into a more expensive plan that I never wanted to change AND charged me full price for BOTH phones! Liars and scammers!! I would never recommend this location. I can't speak for all of them but it seems like this is just how T-mobile does shady business.
