I usually love going. Usually every one remembers me by name and it's always a pleasure to go in…read more There must be new management because I went in Friday and was treated terribly. She said she was the store manager. They have a policy to assist guests who ordered online first. I went in and only one person was behind the counter. There were two of us waiting It was not busy. Instead of helping those inline, they waited until people walked in and if they ordered online, they all went ahead of us. That's their policy, to help those that ordered online first. Finally, another guest asked if anyone else was working, she said, they are all in the back. When I questioned the policy, I was told that's their policy. I could have ordered online too, but chose to come in person. Why is the person that ordered online more important than the people who come in? The manager said I was being confrontational when I said that it kind of upset me that she kept calling people ahead of me that just walked in. Isn't my money as good as theirs? Plus, I took the time to come in, I could go anywhere, but I always loved going in and never treated so bad before. It honestly hurt my feelings because I didn't recognize anyone, and not the friendly experience as normal. And treated like a second class citizen. Hopefully management changes.

Con: they aren't taking credit cards so you'll either have to take cash out at a machine of your choosing (they have a machine but expect a 4 service charge) or you must use the CanPay app. Unfortunately using can pay you'll have to set it up, which takes 3-5 days to validate your account, so don't plan to use it if you haven't set it up and verified deposits) The con really isn't a big deal for me. I prefer their oil over Truleive, so it's no big deal.

I tried calling twice and left messages with no return call for weeks. finally called a third time and talked to Todd the manager who didn't seam bothered or apologetic in any way. he never called me back either. just some young guys pick up the boat and then drop it back off later with again an unconcerning attitude like they were bothered by the whole thing. was in the driveway when they pulled in and yelled F**K real loud cause they saw me. you can't be more unprofessional and out right disrespectful to people and their personal property. I will tell this story for a long time and will not be returning or recommending the Ships Chandler anymore.

I was really frustrated as I had no way to tell which it was. They came out the same day I called (this was huge as I'm an out-of-town property owner and have to arrange everything in advance, usually) and got my non-working Bose soundbar hooked up correctly and working for the first time in years! Right after they left I was cleaning dust bunnies from behind the electronic and the whole bunch fell down and cords got disconnected. Of course I couldn't get it working and hadn't yet photographed the correct cord setup. I called them & they came right back and patiently set it up, correctly again. Hopefully I will not have any more A/V issues but if I do, would not hesitate in calling them again.
