This was the first record shop I've ever visited that had my contemporary jams on vinyl at the ready & I was just in hog heaven!! I'm new at the record game, having recently been feeling my experience of an album isn't full without the beautiful album art which is such a special part of the story that is only a tiny thumbnail when I listen on Spotify, so I now feel compelled to hold the album & really vibe with it! So anyway most record shops have amazing collections of older records, which makes sense because that's the way music was done back in the day, but I'm more of a modern woman at the moment wanting to slap my indie beats, so I'm so grateful for what Revolver Records is offering! They did have older records too, all in pristine condition! Really beautiful selection. Other notes: Connected to bar Magnolia & coffee shop Jitterbug that will be opening in 2-3 weeks. Got to have a taste of the craft beer being offered with the super nice owners. I believe I heard they'll be having trivia nights, comedy shows & live performances there, which would be super cool because it'd make for some smaller, intimate shows which I love!! The owner is incredibly helpful and just seems like a really good person. I was fortunate to have had the time to talk to him for a few minutes. Come in with an open mind and some patience, and you never know what you'll find. The pricing was great for what I got. Once I left, I realized that I wanted the Prince record I originally put back. I called and asked if they would hold it for me. They held it for me until today (the next day) so I was able to come and pick it up. It's in perfect condition. I know I'll be back to continue to add to my collection. In addition to records, they have cassettes, 8-tracks, CDs, artwork, stickers, and pins.

We showed up pretty late and watched the line stay that long even after we were finally inside. Once inside, we we were surprised to have more options to stand than we expected. The sound team did an amazing job. It was an acoustic concert for the most part. The venue create an intimate enough atmosphere being that it is small inside. Drink are HEAVILY over priced. To the point of not buying one. Do your pregame before. Restrooms where clean enough and managed by security throughout the concert.
