They are very good about fitting you in when they can despite all of the different projects they have. They're a one-stop shop that works on everything from a '71 El Camino to an Audi R8. Typically, a lot of shops just want to get you in, get your money, and get you out. While Exclusive Customs did get my car out pretty quick, you could tell that they know what your car is worth to you. They almost seem like they care about your car as much as you do. On a recent trip a rock or some other road debris was kicked up from a passing vehicle and put a significant chip in my windshield. I immediately filed a claim on line with my (Farmers) insurance company and they quickly approved a claim for windshield repair or replacement (if necessary.) I checked Yelp and compared reviews. My insurance company sent a fax to Precision Auto Glass ... and today, Jeff, from PAG called to ask if I could bring my vehicle in. I agreed, drove to the location, (actually drove by it first time. It's kind of hidden in plain view) and was in and out in about 40 minutes. FYI. The waiting room has only four seat seats, so it is small but comfortable. Signed on the dotted line... No cash exchanged because my insurance covered the repair. Couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend them.
