Paid top dollar for a level on my truck. When we got it back we were very disappointed in the quality of work. I ended up having to fix a lot of it my self. They cut poorly in areas they shouldn't have. Installed components on the shocks that damaged the reservoir. Had to take it back to have it fixed with only half of the work completed and not to quality of a top dollar shop. do not waste your money here. read more

In April of 2023 I had my truck rhino lined at Restylers in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Shortly after that, approximately 6 months later a spot on the corner of my tailgate peeled. The spot was about 1/4 inch wide and 1 3/4 inchs long. I was not in the area until the following winter and I contacted the Crestview store and spoke with Brandon. I was told they were not set up to do rhino liners yet and I would have to call the Ft. Walton store and make an appointment to have them fix it. I complained about having to drive an additional hour round trip. Brandon said if I wanted to leave my tailgate with him, he would take it there and have the repair done. I was not able to be without the tailgate as I would not be able to secure the contents in the back of the truck. I called Ft. Walton and they told me I would have to bring it down for them to look at. I drove a little over an hour to Ft. Walton and spoke with Mike, who is the manager. He told me it peeled and that this was not covered under warranty. It would cost approximately $200 to repair this spot. He said it had been almost a year (10 months) and the rest all looked pretty good. Why was I upset about this. I am a 71-year-old disabled person and had this done to preserve my truck. I would never had wasted my money had I known that Restylers would not honor the warranty for this product. This is not an everyday commercial work truck, just something I use to haul my travel trailer and my handicap mobility vehicle or other aides. I pointed out to him that I had it lined to protect the truck and what good is the product if it just peels or rubs off. There was no damage to the paint underneath, so it obviously peeled. The Rhino Liner site states that peeling is one of the things they warranty yet Mike refused to warranty it. I contacted Jay at H&H Truck and Outdoors in Pensacola. They set up an appointment, looked at it, repaired it and had me on my way with a very small fraction of the $200 Restylers said it would cost. Anyone interested in truck accessories or liners, I would strongly recommend avoiding Restylers and going to H&H Truck and Outdoors in Pensacola. Since we had to pick a star to submit this review, I picked a 1. Bought lugs from here and had one break during install. Not 100% sure how but they gave us a full refund and tried to get it out at the shop for free same day. Needed more time. Scheduled for the next week. We had to cancel and they let us reschedule an appointment last minute for the week after that. Got us in and out in 1 day. Absolutely cheapest mount and balance I've ever seen. $175 for 4 at a closer shop, they charged us like $40. Drilled the broken lug and stud without damaging the wheels at all. read more

I wanted to tint my windows - and since my husband had gone to them to have some specialty tires placed on rims - and they did excellent work at a great price and even offered a military discount - we decided I should get my windows done there. We got a rough verbal quote - and then I called in a few days later to set an appointment... I was told in the range of 200-300$... cool. The morning I get there- on time to my appointment at 9:30 - we discussed (I was talked down to- more like) how they gauged the color 5% being the darkest etc. I asked for 5% as my front window tint (just a few inches on the top to aide with the sunshades) and then the darkest legal for FL on my back and rear windows and then whatever was legal darkest for the front side windows. No one went out with me - so I was quoted about 300$ plus tax. Get told it would be before noon for return- FALSE, about 11:45 I'm called and informed that my front side windows have a tint already and that it's 30$ to strip - I didn't know it had a tint as I bought it off the lot and wasn't told there was ANY tint placed. So, now my 300$ quote is 360$ ... I ended up paying just shy of 400$ for it all. If the guy would have come off his perch in the sales area to look, maybe he could have told me it was tinted and maybe I would have changed my mind about needing it tinted. Instead it was more of a chore for him to explain things to me - as if I was that proverbial "dumb chick" who needs windshield wiper fluid in her headlights, as opposed to someone who's worked on cars and airplane engines - and flies commercially for a living. Fairly sure my pea-brain feminine side could have understood the simple explanation of the larger the number the more light comes through s. But, no - I was spoken to like Barney addresses a preschooler. As far as that military discount we were initially told about - yea that didn't happen. So- military families beware you may not get your originally quoted discount. As far as the workmanship. No complaints. Everything looks great. However the process to get there was unnecessarily painful - and demeaning. We've already told the guys who work with my Husband they got bad business practices so most the guys looking for mods lifts and tints will be going elsewhere. As will we for the lift / rims / sidesteps I'm planning for my truck. 100% do not recommend. Again - no complaint against the workmanship - it was great - customer service wise? Yep. Nope. Well I was quoted $600 for a Rhino lining. When I brought it in they didn't mention extra cost or charges, I had meticulously cleaned the bed to remove all debris but I left 5 strips of non slip grip bed liner in the bed that I could have removed in less than an hour if it was an issue but they called 15 minutes after I dropped it off and said if it wasn't removed it would void the warranty so I asked the cost and they said we're putting 2 of our guys on it and however long it takes is what it will cost. so I thought 30min to maybe an hour with 2 guys right $150 maybe $200 no big deal. They called the next day said I could come pick it up. $1327 dollars and only a credit card receipt nothing showing what I paid for no warranty information just a total shit show! This will be the last time they rip me off as it's happened one other time before already. Don't trust these guys shop somewhere else. Most expensive bed coating on the planet and it says on any Rhino lining add that they have to do light sanding to make the liner bond but should anything be over double a quoted price. If they have employees that suck so bad it takes that long to remove something that minor they should find new employees. Or either they just scam people which is absolutely what they did to me. Drove from ATL with nasty wheel vibration, lifted 2014 Ram with 37" tires after calling all over Destin etc... Called Restylers, they had a cancellation and were able to get me in. These guys took extra time balancing the tires and double checking, last location to rotate the tires back in ATL lost my lug key, these guys went over and above getting me a key out of one of the techs tool box to take home! Well went in today to get my hummer lifted with a 2 1/2 inch extension at 845. It's now 3 pm and I'm still waiting. They won't give you a ride home as some places. The place is ok but just watch what you buy and make sure you have time update - 15 minutes later they come out and say my hummer is ready. but i needed to bring it back in because of the shocks they put in broke at the top and it wasnt sitting in there the proper way. they said i could drive it no problem but to bring it back in and get it fixed. so now i am out another few hours as they try and fix their mistake. not to happy. and the owner Josh is a square. he isnt very friendly for the money people spend there...i am not happy either. read more

November 2018 purchased 4 inch lift kit, 4 Rev Offroad Wheels and 4 Nitto terra Grapper G2 tires for my 2016 Ram 1500 - close to 5K in parts and labor, picked up truck and noticed ride was terrible - uncontrollable shaking when going 65 and up - went back to restylers the next day - supposedly double checked everything told me it was an issue with my truck and I needed to take it to dodge - which I did, dodge checked truck and wheels and told me that one of the tires was so out of round that it couldn't be balanced - back to restylers - they rechecked their recheck and ended up replacing one of the tires - did this settle the problem, no, but by this time it was Feburary / March of 2019, I settled to drive the truck only locally no interstate and lived with the shaking - now comes July of 2020 - looking to move to Colorado - call restylers as I know the tires are still under warranty but then I start looking at my receipt from them and wouldn't you know it they never annotated the mileage for when the mounted the tires, I called them talked to Brandon who looked at my info in their computer and essentially confirmed what i already knew - they weren't going to do anything to help - so what was the fix? you ask - took the truck to STO in Crestview and they installed 4 new tires and balanced with minimum weights and wouldn't you know the truck drives as smooth as a car at 65 and up now read more

They identified and repaired a noise in my suspension that 2 other local shops could not. I dropped the vehicle off the night before. My appt was at 130pm the next day. They called me by 10am to let me know everything was fixed...well ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly and pleasant to talk to. The price was great. Out the door for less than $40. read more

Had a couple run ins with these guys in the past. My first was they did multiple upgrades to an older chevy of ours installing a new tool box and wheels, and that was overall a good experience. However i took it back to have a hitch receiver installed which they broke the weld for my exhaust and rather than fixing it basically told me to go find a welder. Recently i got a new truck and took it to them to have a rim installed and my suspension torqued. They told me they torqued the suspension but i noticed a bad clunking sound in the front afterwards. I took off the wheel today to find my strut mount bolt was hand tight and upper control arm wasnt nearly torqued to spec. Another thing I've noticed here is that it seems like the employees think they know a lot more about what they're talking about than they really do. read more

I'm currently 30 years old now. I've dealt with 4-5 audio shops and installs over the years since I was 16 and I can say this is by far my favorite shop. I see they do a whole bunch of other mods that's not car audio related and I'm sure they do excellent work. But they carry some great car audio brands which is what brought me in. Go in or call and ask for Mark! He's the most professional and informative guy I have ever talked to in the car audio industry. I live in Texas but I'm wishing I was back in the sunshine state for my next install at Restylers because it's just around the corner and they did a top notch job on my previous system while I was on vacation. Called to see if they could patch a tire on my vehicle. Explained I was going back to New Orleans from vacation and that upon leaving we realized we had a flat. Told me he couldn't help me until 400 pm. I called at 830. Advised him that I had custom rims on my vehicle and he was the only one I could reach that had the correct mounting machine for those rims. Went in to get new rims and window tint for my wife's car. Tint came out fine, rim install went fine. As I was there I started talking to a manager about lifting my wrangler. He tried to push a low quality lift on me that is known to have junk parts, and tried to tell me that a 2.5 lift with 35s would rub on the smallest bump (not true, I've had it installed for months now). Basically had no knowledge on the specific vehicle I was asking about, but acted like he was an expert, telling me I didn't need caster correction (wrong), and that I should buy a cheap rough country lift. read more
