On January 5, the car started running rough again, so we dropped the car off for service. They called on Monday to tell me that the new coil pack had "gone bad." After some discussion (I didn't want to pay for something that was still under warranty) and a few phone calls to the mechanic in Starkville, they were able to warranty the coil pack and replace it for no charge. Chris, Janet and the rest of the crew were courteous and very understanding. They went that "extra distance" to help insure that we were given the best treatment possible.
