By the end of the third week I called again and Scotty said he had big jobs that needed to go, so early next week. Ok. Fourth week, Wednesday I called and he said he hadn't looked at it yet but had me on schedule for Monday of fifth week. This is my only car, and Scotty was recommended by someone I trust, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Wednesday of the fifth week he told me he was dealing with an issue on his lift but he was about to put my car on the rack. After work I drive by and see my car hasn't moved since it was dropped off. At this point Scotty decides to tell me he has a lot of big jobs and doesn't know when he'd get to my car. So not only had he lied week after week, he also wasted my time when I trusted he would get it done. I had my car towed to playground automotive in FWB and they diagnosed, order parts and fixed the clutch in 2 days. If he didn't want to work on my vehicle he could have told me before the fifth week. I was completely nice and respectful and he just kept lying. Bad bussiness, wasted my time which is also my money. Lady at the counter was nice enough although it is unfortunate this is the shop she works at.

I cannot begin to tell you what a huge relief it is to have this fantastic repair shop so close to home. Men: I know you feel what I am saying here. Robert and Dennis have been working on all three of my Diesel Volkswagens for 5 years now. I rest peacefully at night knowing that when I drop my car off, they will: 1. Find the issue. 2. Call you (not the other way around) to tell you what the issue is, how much its going to cost, and how long it will take. 3. Be 100% friendly and professional with you throughout the entire process. 4. Will almost always repair your car at jaw-dropping discounted rates as compared to the stealership. (Never mind the fact that I have absolutely zero faith in VW at this point and would not so much as let them change my oil). One look at their super clean and organized front desk and maintenance bay reassures you that your expensive import is in very good hands. By clean, I mean I literally DEFY you to find a cleaner, more organized shop. Their bay is as clean as my Mom's kitchen floor. Its crazy. This is a sign of a very conscientious mechanic.
