By the end of the third week I called again and Scotty said he had big jobs that needed to go, so early next week. Ok. Fourth week, Wednesday I called and he said he hadn't looked at it yet but had me on schedule for Monday of fifth week. This is my only car, and Scotty was recommended by someone I trust, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Wednesday of the fifth week he told me he was dealing with an issue on his lift but he was about to put my car on the rack. After work I drive by and see my car hasn't moved since it was dropped off. At this point Scotty decides to tell me he has a lot of big jobs and doesn't know when he'd get to my car. So not only had he lied week after week, he also wasted my time when I trusted he would get it done. I had my car towed to playground automotive in FWB and they diagnosed, order parts and fixed the clutch in 2 days. If he didn't want to work on my vehicle he could have told me before the fifth week. I was completely nice and respectful and he just kept lying. Bad bussiness, wasted my time which is also my money. Lady at the counter was nice enough although it is unfortunate this is the shop she works at.

Without a doubt, they beat every price in town, especially from the "name-brand" stores. What I like the most is that he'll tell it like it is. He'll tell you what repairs need to be done and won't try to sell you extra. Sometimes auto repairs have taken a day or two, but I totally trust the work that Scotty has done. He's earned my business, and I'll be back if I need to!
