This was a simple tow from my apt. to an automotive repair shop. I did not go to their yard or meet…read moreany office personnel. I called and explained what my problem was and asked if they could get my pickup to the repair shop before the shop closed for the day. The young lady that I spoke to was contacting the tow truck while I was on the phone, so I was in the loop pretty much throughout the conversation and got things set up and was given a price for the service. A bit later the young lady calls to tell me that they are on their way and to look for them. Not too long after, the tow is here, one of the guys took pics of my pickup while checking it over and the other got the bill written up. I had already been told that I'd avoid a fee if I used cash instead of a card, so I handed him the cash and he marked the bill as paid. They both loaded my pickup onto the tow bed securely, one was nice enough to tell me not to worry; the problem with my pickup was bad, but not enough to cause me pain. Well words to that effect anyway. My vehicle got to the auto repair shop safely and I have nothing but a big "thank you" for the help that this tow service provided.
