Verizon in Destin has been the worst experience I have had as a small business customer. The…read morebusiness account manager comes across as childish and extremely lazy, with zero sense of urgency or ownership. Simple requests drag on, calls and emails go unanswered, and any issue that requires effort gets brushed off or pushed back on the customer. From a business-account standpoint, the treatment has felt unfair and flat-out unprofessional. I expect honest communication, follow-through, and at least a basic understanding of what my account needs. Instead, I've gotten attitude and excuses. Verizon's network and products are one thing, but the way this location handles business customers is a serious problem and absolutely not worth the headache.

The store manager (Chris) told me to return my old phone after I receive the new phone in the mail. He said it would be simpler to process. Two days later I returned to the Destin store with my new phone, and the manager would not honor my discount because the promotion expired the day prior. I found this very unethical and the manager disappeared and became unavailable. I complained to the regional manager, and he said there was nothing he could do. I will NOT patronize this store again, and if you get into an ATT jam, expect nothing from the ATT management.

Best kind of place you could go!…read more First, I sent a message for a quote on an iPhone 13 Pro Max white screen fix for my husband and was texted back within five minutes that he needed more info and to come into the shop for a consultation. Very timely response which I appreciated cause my husband not having a phone has been a really annoying experience! When my husband did go in he talked it over with him about the cost which was very reasonable all things considered. He let him know it was a temporary fix and we'd most likely gotten the most life we could out of the phone he didn't push the repair even though it cost him business. Suggested it was probably better to get a new phone instead of doing the fix cause who knew how long it would last.
