Best kind of place you could go! First, I sent a message for a quote on an iPhone 13 Pro Max white screen fix for my husband and was texted back within five minutes that he needed more info and to come into the shop for a consultation. Very timely response which I appreciated cause my husband not having a phone has been a really annoying experience! When my husband did go in he talked it over with him about the cost which was very reasonable all things considered. He let him know it was a temporary fix and we'd most likely gotten the most life we could out of the phone he didn't push the repair even though it cost him business. Suggested it was probably better to get a new phone instead of doing the fix cause who knew how long it would last. How refreshing to meet a local honest businessman who not only fixes your problem, but also explains why it happened, and how to fix it yourself next time. He fixed my cell phone in front me in scant minutes and expained it all. Thank you so much for all you did. read more

First rate service and value front to back. (1) Actually replied (quickly) to my email inquiry. (2) Provided preliminary diagnosis and estimate to determine if repair was a cost effective option (older iMac) at drop off at store (3) Repaired in the time promised at the price quoted. (4) End result was a repaired and useable computer at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Highly recommend ! read more

Second time customer. Store was clean and organized. Staff was knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly. Replaced cell phone battery and most recently the screen. They provided an estimate on repair time and it was finished early. Also they offer laptops, computers, tablets, phones and more for sale. They will build a computer or gaming computer for you. Definitely satisfied. Recommended and we will return if needed. Thank you. read more

My laptop fell and crashed . I need to have it , so tried this company . We are not from the area and had no idea what to expect . We could not have been more pleased . The staff was polite, friendly and helpful . We got a good feeling after talking to them . The laptop was fixed , at a very fair price, and is now faster than it ever was . Took little time , I gave to approval after the estimate , around 430 pm, and it was ready by noon the next day . Very impressed with the service, price and staff . Highly recommend this company !! read more

They fixed an issue I had been having with my iPhone for the better part of a year -- they fixed it quickly and the price was very fair. What more could you ask for. read more

I can't say enough good things about Matt and Daniel. They've done work on several iPhones for me in the past, and always did great inexpensive work. Last week I took my laptop computer to them. I needed a new keyboard. To get to the keyboard and replace it in a laptop the entire computer must come apart. Matt ordered the part. When it came in I took the computer to Simply Computers, came home which is about a mile from the store, and began setting up an old laptop to work with until the keyboard was replaced. Before I finished setting up the standby computer Matt called and said my computer was ready. It was maybe 2 hours. Matt promised me they'd have it finished within 24 hours, but 2 hours! I was ecstatic. The price is more than fair. The work is great. You won't regret dealing with Simply Computers. read more

I had a cracked iPhone X Max screen. They had it swapped out with a new screen in about 15 minutes. These guys are knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. I definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of smartphone or computer repair. read more

Very helpful, honest. They helped remove a small piece of broken charger from my daughters I-Pad, very quickly, and painlessly.

Just had my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced, they did an amazing job and fixed the phone right away. Price was exactly what they quoted me. Phone works great now! read more

I needed to get my daughters phone fixed and I called and they quoted me over the phone. We left and took it there and the guy was very nice and got us immediately in. The phone was fixed in less then 30 mins, he also added a screen protector on. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop! read more

I needed my phone screen fixed and I called to ask how much for an XS and the guy said 160. I thought that was pricy so I had my husband call and ask. He received the same quote. I took my phone in and when I came to pick it up, the guy charged me 225. I told him I called and was quoted and the guy told me no you said for an X. But I know for a fact I didn't and wait so my husband made the same mistake? No. They saw a female coming a mile away and took advantage of me. He randomly took 10 dollars off because of "my" mistake lol. They are trying to take advantage of people. read more

After moving to the area, my MacBook keyboard stopped working rendering it useless without a separate keyboard. I brought the MacBook in and they were able to order a new part for the keyboard. The part took about a week to get here and now my MacBook is good as new! Really appreciated their help! Will definitely use them again! read more

Jennifer J. recommended Dale from Simply Computers to fix my phone. However, he was unavailable when I arrived. James was there, responsive to my situation, and very helpful. He attentively listened to my concerns, walked me through my iPhone repairs, and was very accommodating. In less than an hour he troubleshooted and repaired the issues. We talked while he worked on my phone letting me progress, time, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed our banter, too. Their price was very affordable and reasonable. I was told should I have concerns to email them; and any issues later, I can ship my phone and they'll happily do the repair then expedite ship it back to me. read more

I dropped my phone and the screen cracked pretty bad. I read some yelp reviews on this place, gave them a call, the lady on the phone said the fix no problem. I arrived, she got right to work on it and 20 minutes later I was on my way with a nice new screen for cheap. I couldn't be happier. Excellent job. I will return for any other repair jobs I have. read more

Dropped my computer off for repair,@ SIMPLY COMPUTERS after two weeks I called only to be informed wrong parts were sent from supplies. I understand these things. But communication is very important, letting a customer know progress or lack there of, makes for a good working relationship. When i picked comp. up I asked is this comp. in good working order, I was assured it was ! Plug and play I asked? Response was absolutely!! Was charged over 350.00 dollars ( diagnostics ) parts ordered never showed up ! They used existing parts with a few small components .....follow along with me . An additional 165.00 was charged to me! Okay this comp. should work very well ! Right? Not !! ( 515.00 plus , spent ) !..... Comp. is used by a special needs child! Returning home with the comp. our child begin to use the it, error message appeared! Upon examining the system i tried to use the d-drive inserting a disc....again error message! The following morning i called and explained my issue! Rather than saying they were sorry for my inconvenience, or asking questions, the mgr., i assume,.. began a tirade defending his position sounding like he was reading from a lawyer prepared script! Again When i asked at the time of pick-up , ( was comp. in good working order, ) plug and play i asked???, absolutely!!! was the response!!!!........Read the bottom of your repair order! he said !! It says nothing about the drive not working ! ...Exactly!! Had there been an issue with the drive I would have reported that to him!... I HAD NO ISSUE WITH D-DRIVE !!. At the time of drop off . One would assume after 350.00 plus 165.00 the system would be checked for all operations, Call me crazy, this just seem like good service! Obviously not a practice at the aforementioned business!...Its Painful to type this closing comment, but in all honesty i would not take my wind-up alarm clock to SIMPLY COMPUTERS.... RE-THINK YOUR POSITION ON WHO REPAIRES YOUR COMPUTER !! THE ABOVE WAS PREPAIRED BY ME AND TO THE BEST OF MY RECOLLECTION IS TRUE AND ACCURATE!...........profanity and nonsense deleted! read more

Were visiting from out of town and since we weren't going to need our cell phones on vacation to be constant contact, was a good opportunity to fix my wife's broken iPhone screen and my son's broken Touch screen. Dropped them off and owner was very nice. Asked where we were staying and because he lives close to beach actually brought both now fixed devices to us that afternoon instead if me having to drive all the way back to his shop. Price for the fix was less than what I would pay to try and do it myself in just parts. An excellent experience. read more

Great service. They were able to get my 5s up and running in no time. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The guy might have just had a bad day but when I walked in and asked how much to get my phone fixed he just said 30 dollars and was extreme rude. If I am going to spend my money it's at a place with customer service. This place is just a whole in the wall place with no lodge area to wait. read more

Felicia was simply the best. I brought my daughter's iPhone in to get fixed because it would not start up. Felicia was very knowledgeable and took it apart immediately to see that it had water in it. I left it there to be fixed, and she called before I even got home to let me know what was the problem and what needed to be fixed. She said that it would not take long, so I turned around and it was fixed by the time I got back to Simply Computers. She was very nice and I received the best repair service I have ever received before. (Believe me, I have 2 kids and 4 iPhones and there has been lots of repairs in the past.) Thank you!! read more

So I got my phone fixed here in February it is now May. I was just using my phone and the screen stopped working (not cracked), so I took it back in. The guy told me "oh yeah this is the first screen I put on that just went bad"....it hasn't even been 3 months. He wouldn't give me a discount or anything. Don't come here. They are putting in bad screens and then making you come buy new ones again! read more

My Iphone and Ipad have been damaged on more than one occasion. I initially selected Simply Computers because they were convenient to my work location. However, I continue to use this repair service because they provide prompt and friendly repair service. I have no complaints. My iPhone five is still working great 5 months later. No glitches to date. I'm still very pleased!

On a recent vacation, my son's phone quit working, and although, it could not be repaired, these guys were great. They were helpful, thorough and polite. I would not hesitate to use their services again, if the need arose, and recommend it highly if you have issues with your own phone while visiting PCB. read more

Okay, so the owner called and explained the situation. I like that. I'm bumping my rating up to 3, but if I could go 2.5 I would. It's not exactly A-OK, but because he at least called to connect with me the experience is definitely better than it was. While I fully believe he should have had a message on the phone and website letting people know his business would be effectively closed for the week, I'll overlook this issue and press on. If I have a need for the service in the future I'll definitely give him a second chance to earn my business. read more
